JunFu Calligraphy and Painting Institute Congratulates Army Engineering University on International Chinese Language Day Event
（军赋中文资讯）第十六届国际中文日（2025年4月20日）到来之际，陈恩田代表军赋书画院向中国人民解放军陆军工程大学举办的“语通军营，共筑未来”国际中文日主题活动表达祝贺。
(JunFu Chinese News) On the occasion of the 16th International Chinese Language Day (April 20, 2025), Chen Entian, representing the JunFu Calligraphy and Painting Institute, extended congratulations to the "Language Bridges Barracks, Building the Future Together" International Chinese Language Day event hosted by the PLA Army Engineering University.
《中国人民解放军赋》主创人、军赋书画院院长陈恩田表示：二十年前，我们怀着"以语言为桥，促文明互鉴"的初心创立国际汉语学习委员会，积极推动联合国早日设立国际中文日。二十载春华秋实，国际中文日从一粒种子成长为参天大树，中文教育从区域性交流发展为全球性文化纽带。今天，当汉语学习者遍布五洲，当"你好"成为世界通用问候，当中华文化与世界文明深度交融，我们更加坚信：语言不仅是沟通工具，更是文明对话的钥匙。
Chen Entian, Chief Creator of The Ode to the Chinese People's Liberation Army and President of the JunFu Calligraphy and Painting Institute, stated: "Twenty years ago, we founded the International Chinese Language Learning Committee with the original aspiration of 'using language as a bridge to promote mutual understanding among civilizations,' actively advocating for the United Nations to establish an International Chinese Language Day. Over two decades of growth, International Chinese Language Day has blossomed from a seed into a towering tree, with Chinese language education evolving from regional exchanges into a global cultural bond. Today, as Chinese learners span five continents, as 'Ni Hao' becomes a universal greeting worldwide, and as Chinese culture deeply integrates with global civilizations, we are even more convinced: language is not merely a tool for communication but a key to civilizational dialogue."
陈恩田曾经担任全球第一大学社——国际七三学社第一届委员会主席，是国际中文日（4月20日）、国际茶日（5月21日）最早倡议者和推动者，也是国际汉语学习委员会创始人。十多年前，他携手联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸前辈，开创世界和平丝带组织暨世界和平与统一阵线，提出五合一世界和平主张，将每年12月16日设立为“一带一路”国际日。陈恩田目前还担任世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作委员会主席。
Chen Entian previously served as the first Chairman of the International 73 Society, one of the world’s largest academic organizations, and is among the earliest advocates and promoters of International Chinese Language Day (April 20) and International Tea Day (May 21). He is also the founder of the International Chinese Language Learning Committee. Over a decade ago, he collaborated with Mr. Ji Chaozhu, former Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, to establish the World Peace Ribbon Organization and the World Peace and United Front, proposing the Five-in-One World Peace Initiative and designating December 16 as the "Belt and Road" International Day. Chen Entian currently also serves as President of the Southern Silk Road and Global South International Cooperation Committee under the World Peace Ribbon Organization.
陈恩田祝愿“语通军营 共筑未来”国际中文日主题活动取得圆满成功，感谢全体嘉宾为传播国际中文日作出的努力。陆军工程大学、国防科技大学、陆军炮兵防空兵学院等军地院校师生及五十多个国家留学生参加了活动。
Chen Entian wished the "Language Bridges Barracks, Building the Future Together" International Chinese Language Day event a complete success and expressed gratitude to all guests for their efforts in promoting the day. Faculty and students from institutions such as the Army Engineering University, National University of Defense Technology, and Army Artillery and Air Defense Academy, as well as international students from over fifty countries, participated in the event.
