2005年，一幅长十米、宽三米的红木匾牌《新重庆赋》横空出世，以“亚洲第一大匾”雄伟之势献礼在重庆举办的亚太市长峰会，将山城的自然气象、历史文脉与时代风貌凝练于四百余字的赋文中。如今回望，这篇诞生于重庆城市蓬勃发展的赋作，不仅是重庆文化自信的具象表达，更成为见证重庆二十年“新”巨变的精神坐标。
In 2005, a 10-meter-long, three-meter-wide mahogany plaque "New Chongqing Fu" was born.It presented the Asia-Pacific City Summit held in Chongqing with the majestic momentum of "Asia's No. 1 Plaque". It condensed the natural weather, historical context and style of the times in nearly 500 words. Looking back now, this work, which was born in the vigorous development of Chongqing, is not only a concrete expression of Chongqing's cultural self-confidence, but also a spiritual coordinate that has witnessed the "new" great changes in Chongqing in the past 20 years.
亚洲第一大匾《新重庆赋》是在重庆市政协原主席张文彬指导下，由当代辞赋奠基人、军赋书画院院长陈恩田执笔创作，中共重庆市委、市政府在市委大院为其举行隆重的揭幕仪式，时任市长王鸿举、常务副市长黄奇帆、副市长吴家农等六位市领导参加活动。亚洲第一大匾《新重庆赋》后置放于亚太市长峰会现场，参加峰会的国家领导、各国市长纷纷与其合影留念。
Under the guidance of Zhang Wenbin, the former chairman of the Chongqing CPPCC, the first plaque in Asia, "New Chongqing Fu" was created by Chen Entian, the founder of contemporary Cifu and the president of the Junfu Painting and Calligraphy Institute. The Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Chongqing Municipal Government held a grand unveiling ceremony for it at the square of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. Six leaders, including the then mayor Wang Hongju, the executive vice mayor Huang Qifan, and the deputy mayor Wu Jianong, attended the ceremony. Asia's largest plaque "New Chongqing Fu" was placed at the site of the Asia-Pacific City Summit, and the leaders and mayors of various countries who participated in the summit took a group photo with it.
亚洲第一大匾《新重庆赋》巧妙融合传统与现代，比如文中“美女艳倾华夏，火锅中外驰名”等句，以鲜活意象勾勒出重庆独有的烟火气与江湖文化，赋予城市“名片”以文学厚度。其创作初衷源于海外友人对重庆巨变的惊叹，背后折射的正是这座移民城市兼容并蓄的开放基因——从巴渝先民的忠勇传奇到当代“内陆开放高地”的定位，开放始终是重庆发展的核心动力。
Asia's largest plaque "New Chongqing Fu" skillfully blends tradition and modernity, such as the sentence "beautiful women are glamorous in China, and hot pot is well-known at home and abroad", outlining Chongqing's unique humanistic culture with vivid imagery, adding literary elements to the city of Chongqing. The original intention of creating it originated from the amazement of overseas friends at the great changes in Chongqing, which can be seen in the open and inclusive genes of this immigrant city - from the legend of the loyalty and courage of the ancestors of Bayu to the positioning of the contemporary "inland open highland", openness has always been the core driving force of Chongqing's development.
二十年来，重庆开拓创新，发生了引人瞩目的新巨变，从“山城”迈向“智慧之城”，数字经济、科技创新等新质生产力蓬勃生长，而《新重庆赋》所承载的文化内核始终未变。它不仅是城市记忆的文学存档，更以“赋”这一传统文体激活了公众对本土历史的情感认同。今日重读此赋，既能触摸到山环水绕的乡愁，亦能感知一座城市在传统与现代交融中迸发的生命力。
Over the past 20 years, Chongqing has pioneered and innovated, and has undergone remarkable new changes, from a "mountain city" to a "smart city", and new productive forces such as digital economy and scientific and technological innovation have grown vigorously, while the cultural core carried by "New Chongqing Fu" has never changed. It is not only a literary archive of urban memory, but also activates the public's emotional identification with local history through the traditional style of "fu". Re-reading this Fu today, you can not only touch the nostalgia surrounded by mountains and rivers, but also feel the vitality of a city bursting out in the fusion of tradition and modernity.
二十载光阴流转，《新重庆赋》早已超越文本意义，成为重庆文化自觉的象征。它提醒我们：一座城市的精神高度，既需高楼广厦的硬实力支撑，亦需人文积淀的软实力滋养。此外，中国官媒近年披露陈恩田的祖父陈光美系中共创始人陈独秀与高君曼所生之子，意味着《新重庆赋》主创人系陈独秀曾孙，而陈独秀晚年寓居重庆，此事也为《新重庆赋》增添了神秘色彩。
Twenty years have passed, and "New Chongqing Fu" has long gone beyond the meaning of the text and has become a symbol of Chongqing's cultural consciousness. It reminds us that the spiritual height of a city needs not only the hard power support of high-rise buildings, but also the soft power nourishment of cultural accumulation. In addition, Chinese state media have revealed in recent years that Chen Entian's grandfather Chen Guangmei is the son of Chen Duxiu, the founder of the Communist Party of China, and Gao Junman, which means that the main creator of "New Chongqing Fu" is the great-grandson of Chen Duxiu, and Chen Duxiu lived in Chongqing in his later years, which also adds mystery to "New Chongqing Fu".
