（军赋中文资讯）近日，云南省有关领导会见了来云南参加活动的《中国人民解放军赋》主创人、军赋科技研究院院长陈恩田，双方就推进“中缅空路”大型无人机物流运输项目，打造继“中老铁路”之后又一国际示范工程，助力中缅印度洋新通道及南方丝绸之路建设等进行了愉快的交流。
(Junfu Chinese News) Recently, leaders of Yunnan Province met with Chen Entian, chief creator of The Ode to the Chinese People's Liberation Army and Dean of Junfu Technology Research Institute, who was visiting Yunnan for events. The two sides engaged in fruitful discussions on advancing the "China-Myanmar Air Road" large-scale drone logistics project, building on the success of the "China-Laos Railway" as another international demonstration initiative, and supporting the China-Myanmar India Ocean New Channel and Southern Silk Road development.
会谈中，云南省有关领导高度评价陈恩田响应"一带一路"国际合作倡议，携手联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸前辈，创立世界和平丝带组织，将每年12月16日设立为“一带一路”国际日等创举；并对陈恩田致力于南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作，推动中缅印度洋新通道，设立全球南方国际合作示范区表示由衷的赞同。此外，陈恩田及世界和平丝带组织将昆明滇池红嘴鸥命名为“一带一路”国际日吉祥鸟“和平鸥”，给云南全省人民留下了深刻印象，希望陈恩田先生继续为云南发展出谋划策。
During the meeting, Yunnan provincial leaders highly commended Chen Entian's response to "Belt and Road" the initiatives, including co-founding the World Peace Ribbon Organization with former United Nations Under-Secretary-General Ji Chaozhu and designating December 16 as the "Belt and Road" International Day. They also expressed strong support for his efforts to promote Southern Silk Road and Global South international cooperation, advance the China-Myanmar India Ocean New Channel, and establish the Global South International Cooperation Demonstration Zone. Notably, Chen Entian and the World Peace Ribbon Organization's designation of the red-billed gull in Dianchi Lake as the "Peace Gull"—the mascot for the "Belt and Road" International Day—left a profound impression on the people of Yunnan. The leaders expressed hope that Chen would continue to contribute strategic advice to Yunnan's development.
针对备受关注的"中缅空路"项目，云南省有关领导强调，云南作为中国面向南亚、东南亚的辐射中心，正全力打造中缅印度洋新通道国家门户。继“中老铁路”成为国际示范工程后，“中缅空路”大型无人机物流运输项目值得期待，可能成为又一战略性基础设施，通过创新智能物流体系，构建全天候、高效率的跨境运输走廊，对提升区域互联互通水平、促进跨境经贸合作具有深远意义。
Regarding the highly anticipated "China-Myanmar Air Road" project, Yunnan provincial leaders emphasized that Yunnan, as China's radiation center facing South and Southeast Asia, is striving to become the national gateway for the China-Myanmar India Ocean New Channel. Following the success of the "China-Laos Railway" as an international model, the "China-Myanmar Air Road" drone logistics project holds great promise as a strategic infrastructure initiative. By integrating innovative intelligent logistics systems, it aims to establish an all-weather, high-efficiency cross-border transportation corridor, significantly enhancing regional connectivity and cross-border economic cooperation.
陈恩田表示，云南在"一带一路"特别是南方丝绸之路建设中具有不可替代的战略地位，既是连接中国与环印度洋经济圈的重要枢纽，也是全球南方国际合作的关键节点，军赋科技研究院将联合多家中央企业，充分发挥智能科技优势，以"中缅空路"建设为抓手，助力打造"陆海空"立体化国际物流网络。陈恩田特别提到，世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作委员会将持续推动"全球南方国际合作示范区"建设，中亚、南亚、东南亚等南方丝绸之路二十二国发展，对于云南省将产生非常积极的作用。
Chen Entian stated that Yunnan holds irreplaceable strategic importance in the "Belt and Road" initiative, particularly in the Southern Silk Road. He highlighted Yunnan's role as a vital hub linking China to the Indian Ocean Economic Circle and a key node for Global South international cooperation. The JunFu Technology Research Institute will collaborate with multiple central enterprises to leverage smart technology advantages, using the "China-Myanmar Air Road" as a cornerstone to help build a land-sea-air integrated international logistics network. Chen also emphasized that the World Peace Ribbon Organization's Southern Silk Road and Global South International Cooperation Committee will continue advancing the "Global South International Cooperation Demonstration Zone," noting that development across 22 Southern Silk Road nations in Central, South, and Southeast Asia will yield profoundly positive impacts for Yunnan.
"中缅空路"项目拟采用新一代重型物流无人机技术，构建覆盖中缅主要经济节点的空中运输网络，初期规划包括跨境应急救援、高附加值产品运输、冷链物流等应用场景。云南省有关领导表示，期待军赋科技研究院及其海外关联机构发挥国际平台优势，共同谱写新时代"南方丝绸之路"合作新篇章。
The "China-Myanmar Air Road" project plans to deploy next-generation heavy-lift logistics drones to establish an aerial transportation network covering major economic nodes in China and Myanmar. Initial applications are envisioned for cross-border emergency response, high-value product transport, and cold-chain logistics. Yunnan provincial leaders expressed anticipation for the JunFu Technology Research Institute and its international partners to utilize their global platforms to co-author a new chapter in the modernization of the "Southern Silk Road."
