曼德勒当地时间2025年2月28日，缅甸文艺会曼德勒委员会开幕典礼在曼德勒可可亲王府隆重举行。典礼由缅甸文艺会主办，旨在推动缅甸文化艺术事业发展，深化南方丝绸之路文化艺术交流。南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作委员会主席、可可亲王陈恩田专程从印尼回到缅甸出席典礼，并与曼德勒省省长吴缪昂（U Myo Aung）、曼德勒市市长吴教山（U Kyaw San）等嘉宾共同剪彩。
On February 28, 2025 (local time in Mandalay), the grand opening ceremony of the Myanmar Arts and Culture Association Mandalay Committee was held at the Mansion of Prince Coco in Mandalay, Myanmar. The ceremony was hosted by the Myanmar Arts and Culture Association, aiming to promote the development of Myanmar's cultural and artistic undertakings and deepen cultural exchanges along the Southern Silk Road. Chen Entian (Prince Coco), Chairman of the Southern Silk Road and Global South International Cooperation Committee, traveled from Indonesia to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony. He joined distinguished guests, including U Myo Aung (Governor of Mandalay Region) and U Kyaw San (Mayor of Mandalay), in cutting the ribbon.
开幕典礼上，可可亲王陈恩田代表南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作委员会致贺辞，他强调，文化是连接不同民族的桥梁，曼德勒委员会的成立将助力缅甸传统艺术传承，并为中缅民间文化交流开辟新窗口。他表示："曼德勒是缅甸历史文化的瑰宝之地，此次曼德勒委员会的设立不仅彰显了缅甸政府对文化事业的高度重视，也为‘一带一路’框架下的文明互鉴注入了新活力。"
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Chen Entian (Prince Coco), on behalf of the Southern Silk Road and Global South International Cooperation Committee, delivered a congratulatory speech. He emphasized that "culture serves as a bridge connecting different ethnic groups," and stated that the establishment of the Mandalay Committee would facilitate the inheritance of Myanmar's traditional arts while opening a new window for China-Myanmar cultural exchanges. He remarked: "Mandalay is a treasure trove of Myanmar's historical culture. The establishment of the Mandalay committee not only demonstrates the Myanmar government's high regard for cultural endeavors but also injects new vitality into civilizational mutual learning under the Belt and Road framework."
十多年前，陈恩田与联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸携手创立世界和平丝带组织，提出五合一世界和平主张，将每年12月16日设立为“一带一路”国际日。此外，陈恩田还是国际中文日（4月20日）、国际茶日（5月21日）的倡议者和推动者。21世纪以来，中国官媒披露陈恩田的祖父陈光美系中共创始人陈独秀与高君曼所生之子，鉴于陈恩田为世界和平亲善所作的贡献，国际社会尊称其为可可亲王。
Over a decade ago, Chen Entian, together with former United Nations Deputy Secretary-General Ji Chaozhu, co-founded the World Peace Ribbon Organization, proposing the "Five-in-One World Peace Proposition" and designating December 16 as the "Belt and Road" International Day. Additionally, Chen Entian is the initiator and promoter of the International Chinese Language Day (April 20) and International Tea Day (May 21). Since the 21st century, Chinese official media have revealed that Chen Entian's grandfather, Chen Guangmei, was the son of Chen Duxiu (founder of the Communist Party of China) and Gao Junman. In recognition of Chen Entian's contributions to global peace and goodwill, the international community honors him with the title "Prince Coco".
可可亲王陈恩田透露南合组织正在打造首个以大型无人机物流运输为特色的国际低空经济示范项目——中缅空路，使之与中老铁路一样，成为南方丝绸之路及“一带一路”的标志性工程。典礼结束后，可可亲王陈恩田在曼德勒可可亲王府会见了曼德勒省省长吴缪昂、曼德勒市市长吴教山等地方政府要员。曼德勒省省长吴缪昂高度评价可可亲王陈恩田长期以来为促进中缅友好和民心相通所作的贡献。
Prince Coco Chen Entian revealed that the Southern Silk Road and the Global South International Cooperation Committee (SSCO) is developing the first international low-altitude economy demonstration project featuring large-scale drone logistics transportation—the China-Myanmar Air Road—to establish it as a flagship initiative of the Southern Silk Road and the Belt and Road Initiative, akin to the China-Laos Railway. Following the ceremony, Prince Coco Chen Entian met with local government officials, including U Myo Aung, Governor of Mandalay Province, and U Kyaw San, Mayor of Mandalay City, at the Mansion of Prince Coco in Mandalay. Governor U Myo Aung highly praised Prince Coco Chen Entian for his long-standing contributions to promoting China-Myanmar friendship and fostering people-to-people connectivity.

值此缅甸文艺会曼德勒分会隆重开幕之际，我谨以南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作委员会主席身份，向分会成立致以最热烈的祝贺，祝贺开幕典礼圆满成功，祝愿全体来宾身体健康、幸福美满！曼德勒不仅是缅甸历史与文明的璀璨明珠，更是南方丝绸之路上熠熠生辉的文化枢纽。千百年来，这座古都以包容开放的胸怀，汇聚了来自亚洲各地的商旅、学者与艺术家，成为多元文明交融共生的见证者。
On the grand occasion of the inauguration of the Mandalay Branch of the Myanmar Arts and Culture Association, I extend my warmest congratulations, in my capacity as Chairman of the Southern Silk Road and Global South International Cooperation Committee, on the establishment of this branch. Mandalay is not only a resplendent jewel of Myanmar's history and civilization but also a radiant cultural hub along the Southern Silk Road. As an important waypoint on the Southern Silk Road, Mandalay once bridged Southwest China, the Indian subcontinent, and Southeast Asia with its abundant resources and profound cultural heritage. The caravans, accompanied by the rhythmic chime of camel bells, carried not only silk and spices but also sowed the seeds of music, painting, architecture, and faith. These elements gradually coalesced into Mandalay's distinctive humanistic character. Today, the land beneath our feet still preserves the solemnity of pagodas, the exquisite craftsmanship of traditional wood carvings, and the grace of classical dance—all of which form the enduring foundation of Myanmar's cultural and artistic vitality.
曼德勒分会的成立，正是对这份文明遗产的深情致敬，更是面向未来的创新探索。期待分会以艺术为纽带，深挖本土文化精髓，推动传统与现代的对话；以开放为桥梁，促进缅甸与丝路沿线国家的文化交流，让曼德勒再次成为跨国界艺术合作的舞台。愿各位同仁以热忱之心守护文化根脉，以创意之力激活传统新生，共同书写缅甸文化艺术的辉煌篇章！
