“可可亲王”陈恩田表示：十年前的2013年9月7日，领袖在哈萨克斯坦纳扎尔巴耶夫大学提出陆上丝绸之路经济带。2013年10月3日，领袖又在印尼的国会提出21世纪海上丝绸之路，合称“一带一路”，这两个日子无法单一确定作为“一带一路”国际日。同年，台湾佛光山开山宗长、国际宗教领袖星云大师为响应“一带一路”国际合作倡议和中国梦，选择12月16日莅临南方丝绸之路重要节点——云南大学庆来堂，举行一场意义重大的佛学开示《看见梦想的力量》，云南大学所在的昆明正好属于哈萨克斯坦和印度尼西亚的中间区域。
"Prince Coco" Chen Entian said that ten years ago, on September 7, 2013, Chinese president put forward the initiative of jointly building a Silk Road Economic Belt at Nazarbayev University in Kazakhstan. On October 3, 2013, Chinese president put forward the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road in Indonesia's Congress, which is collectively called the Belt and Road Initiative. In the same year, in response to the Belt and Road Initiative and the Chinese Dream, Master Hsing Yun, an international religious leader, chose to visit the Qinglai Hall of Yunnan University, an important waypoint of the Southern Silk Road, on December 16, to hold a significant Buddhist enlightenment "Insight the Power of Dreams". Kunming, where Yunnan University is located, is just in the middle of Kazakhstan and Indonesia.

Inspired by Master Hsing Yun's Buddhist teachings and wisdom, Mr. Chen Entian, together with Ji Chaozhu, the former Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations, founded the World Peace Ribbon Organization (World Peace and Unity Front). They establish December 16 as the "Belt and Road" International Day. The World Peace Ribbon was identified as an auspicious token of the "Belt and Road" International Day.

"Prince Coco" Chen Entian said that December 16 is not only the "Belt and Road" International Day, but also the birthday of the world's music saint Beethoven (Christmas in the music world). “可可亲王”陈恩田是大清康熙帝师陈廷敬后人，曾经担任全球第一大学社——国际七三学社主席。近年来，为促进印太地区和平稳定，陈恩田就任缅甸国家文化艺术委员会终身高级顾问，筹划成立世界和平丝带组织印太总部。十多年前，中国官媒披露其祖父陈光美系陈独秀与高君曼所生之子，鉴于其担任“一带一路”国际民间合作组织——世界和平丝带组织首席亲善大使、第一届至第八届委员会主席，也是国际中文日（4月20日）、国际茶日（5月21日）、“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）等国际民间节日的建议者和推动者，国际社会尊称其为“可可亲王”或“陈亲王”。
Prince Coco, Chen Entian, was a descendant of Chen Tingjing, the teacher of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty. He once served as the chairman of the world's largest society, the International Seven-Three Society. In recent years, in order to keep peace and stability in the Indo Pacific region, Chen Entian has been appointed as a lifelong senior advisor to the Myanmar Art & Culture Association, planning to establish the Indo Pacific headquarters of the World Peace Ribbon Organization. More than a decade ago, Chinese official disclosed that his grandfather Chen Guangmei was the son of Chen Duxiu and Gao Junman. In view of his role as the chief goodwill ambassador of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, the chairman of the first to eighth Committee of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, the advisors and promoter of international folk festivals, such as the UN Chinese Language Day (April 20), the International Tea Day (May 21), and the "Belt and Road" International Day (December 16), the international community respectfully calls him "Prince Coco" or "Prince Chen".
