今天是公元2025年4月17日，我很荣幸出席庆祝万隆会议召开七十周年暨全球南方战略合作论坛开幕式，在此，我谨以全球南方智库主席身份，代表世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作委员会，向万隆会议召开七十周年暨全球南方战略合作论坛表示崇高的敬意和热烈的祝贺，向参加会议的国际友人表示真诚的问候和衷心的祝福。
Today, April 17, 2025, marks a significant occasion as I stand honored to attend the opening ceremony of the 70th Anniversary of the Bandung Conference and the Global South Strategic Cooperation Forum. In my capacity as Chairman of the Global South Think Tank, and on behalf of the World Peace Ribbon Organization's Southern Silk Road and Global South International Cooperation Committee, I extend my highest tributes and warmest congratulations to the 70th Anniversary of the Bandung Conference and the forum. I also extend sincere greetings and heartfelt blessings to all international friends present here.
七十年前，万隆的觉醒之光照亮了亚非大陆。29个国家和地区冲破殖民枷锁，以“团结、友谊、合作”的十项原则，为全球南方播下独立自强的火种。今天，我们在此共聚，不仅为纪念这一历史丰碑，更为续写全球南方国家携手振兴的新篇章。
Seventy years ago, the light of awakening in Bandung illuminated the Asian and African continents. Twenty-nine nations and regions broke free from colonial shackles, sowing the seeds of independence and self-reliance for the Global South through the Ten Principles of "Unity, Friendship, and Cooperation." Today, we gather not only to commemorate this historic milestone but also to write a new chapter of solidarity and revitalization for Global South nations.
万隆精神从未褪色。从金砖扩员到“一带一路”繁荣，从非洲自贸区到东盟共同体，全球南方以联合自强之姿，重塑世界经济版图。如今，全球南方国家贡献全球经济增长的80%，经济总量占比超40%，正以发展权为矛，击破单边主义的桎梏，以平等合作为盾，守护多边主义的未来。
The Bandung Spirit remains undimmed. From the expansion of BRICS to the prosperity of the Belt and Road Initiative, from the African Continental Free Trade Area to the ASEAN Community, the Global South has reshaped the global economic landscape through unity and self-empowerment. Today, Global South countries contribute 80% of global economic growth and account for over 40% of the world's total GDP. They wield the right to development as a spear to break the chains of unilateralism and the shield of equality and cooperation to safeguard the future of multilateralism.
南合组织作为推动南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作的代表，我们已经在南方丝绸之路沿线国家设立秘书处，深耕互联互通，推动中缅印度洋新通道建设；以雅万高铁为纽带，激活东南亚经济动脉；通过“两国双园”模式，将资源禀赋转化为产业链优势。这些实践证明：全球南方国家无需依附霸权国家，也能走出一条自主繁荣之路。
As a representative of advancing the Southern Silk Road and Global South international cooperation, SSCO have established secretariats across Southern Silk Road nations to deepen connectivity, promote the China-Myanmar-India Ocean New Corridor, revitalize Southeast Asia's economic lifelines through the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway, and transform resource endowments into industrial advantages via the "Two Parks, Two Countries" model. These endeavors prove that Global South nations can achieve independent prosperity without relying on hegemonic powers.
当前国际社会，霸权阴影犹存。某些国家固守“中心-外围”霸权逻辑，妄图以技术垄断、金融霸权锁住全球南方发展。我们必须以万隆精神为旗，扩大金砖、上合等多边平台，推动国际金融体系改革，让全球治理听见全球南方的声音。
Yet, hegemonic shadows persist. Some nations cling to the "center-periphery" hegemonic logic, seeking to confine Global South development through technological monopolies and financial dominance. We must hold high the Bandung Spirit, expand multilateral platforms like BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, reform the international financial system, and ensure the voice of the Global South is heard in global governance.
朋友们！历史从不等待犹豫者。南方丝绸之路是链接全球南方的黄金之路，全球南方是世界和平合作的大舞台，串联起文明互鉴、经济共荣的同心圆；以万隆精神为核，构筑公平、包容、可持续的人类命运共同体。希望全球南方国家团结合作，希望全球南方人民携手同行，开创出繁荣富强的新天地！
My friends! History never waits for the hesitant. The Southern Silk Road is the golden path connecting the Global South—a grand stage for world peace and cooperation, linking concentric circles of cultural exchange and shared prosperity. Let us build a fair, inclusive, and sustainable community with a shared future for humanity, rooted in the Bandung Spirit. May Global South nations unite, may its people march forward hand in hand, and may they forge a new era of prosperity!

In conclusion, I wish the 70th Anniversary of the Bandung Conference and the Global South Strategic Cooperation Forum a resounding success.
