南合智库到访国家发改委“一带一路”建设促进中心
SSCO Think Tank visited the "Belt and Road" Initiative Promotion Center of the National Development and Reform Commission
12月3日，距离第十一届“一带一路”国际日（2024年12月16日）还有13天，军赋中文资讯：军赋书画院院长、南合智库主席陈恩田回国就南方丝绸之路沿线国家前政要访问北京做前期对接工作。在京期间，陈恩田还专程前往国家发改委“一带一路”建设促进中心，就国际民间参与“一带一路”文化建设，以及南方丝绸之路及全球南方经济特区等事宜进行交流。
On December 3, 13 days before the 11th "Belt and Road" International Day (December 16, 2024), Junfu Chinese News: Chen Entian, president of the Junfu Painting and Calligraphy Institute and chairman of the SSCO Think Tank, returned to China to make preliminary preparations for the visit of former heads of state of the countries along the Southern Silk Road to Beijing. During his stay in Beijing, Chen Entian also made a special visit to the "Belt and Road" Initiative Promotion Center of the National Development and Reform Commission to exchange views on international non-governmental participation in the "Belt and Road" cultural construction, as well as the establishment of the Southern Silk Road and the Global South Special Economic Zone.
陈恩田表示：十一年前，为表达国际民间对“一带一路”国际合作倡议的响应和支持，我与联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸前辈等全球1216名国际学者，依托联合国创立世界和平丝带组织，将每年12月16日设立为“一带一路”国际日，受到了第八届联合国秘书长潘基文、联合国教科文组织前总干事博科娃等国际友人的关心和支持，也受到了世界各国青年学生的拥护和参与。十一年来，通过世界各地丰富多彩的节庆文化活动，“一带一路”国际日已经在世界人民心中生根发芽，成为“一带一路”倡议之后，首个起源于东方国家，代表东方国家文化自信的国际民间节日，希望有关国家考虑在这个国际日放假或免过路过桥费。
Chen Entian said: Eleven years ago, in order to express the response and support of the international community to the "Belt and Road" international cooperation initiative, I and 1,216 international scholars around the world, including Ji Chaozhu, the former deputy secretary-general of the United Nations, founded the World Peace Ribbon Organization. We have designated December 16 as the "Belt and Road" International Day, which has received the care and support of international friends such as the 8th United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and the former Director-General of UNESCO Irina Bokova, as well as the support and participation of young students from all over the world. Over the past 11 years, through a variety of festivals and cultural activities around the world, the "Belt and Road" International Day has taken root in the hearts of people around the world. After the "Belt and Road" Initiative was proposed, it became the first international folk festival that originated in Eastern countries and represented the cultural confidence of Eastern countries. We hope relevant countries consider taking a day off or waiving toll fees on this International Day.
陈恩田还提到国际民间社会积极关注南方丝绸之路及全球南方发展，他说：南方丝绸之路是中国链接全球南方的黄金之路，从“一带”提出地哈萨克斯坦到“一路”提出地印度尼西亚，整个南方丝绸之路经济走廊包括二十二个国家，如果打造成为中国引领全球南方发展的示范区——南合经济特区，不仅可以在此区域将“一带一路”走深走实，还会产生巨大的示范效应。为此，世界和平丝带组织成立南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作委员会，简称南合组织，旨在实施这个创新计划。
Chen also mentioned that international society is actively interested in the development of the Southern Silk Road and the Global South. He said: The Southern Silk Road is the golden road connecting China with the global South. From Kazakhstan, where the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed, to Indonesia, where the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed, the entire Southern Silk Road Economic Corridor includes 22 countries. If we can build the SSCO Special Economic Zone into a demonstration zone for China to lead the development of the Global South, it will not only deepen the Belt and Road Initiative in this region, but also have a huge demonstration effect. To this end, the World Peace Ribbon Organization established the Southern Silk Road and the Global South International Cooperation Committee, or SSCO, to implement this innovative project.
南合智库主席陈恩田，党媒党刊披露其祖父陈光美是中共创始人陈独秀与高君曼所生之子，佐证了陈恩田是陈独秀曾孙的传闻。陈恩田曾经担任全球第一大学社“七三国际学社”主席，后与联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸创立世界和平丝带组织，提出了五合一世界和平主张，他也是国际中文日（4月20日）、国际茶日（5月21日）、“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）等国际民间节日的倡议者和推动者，国际社会尊称其为“可可亲王”。
Chen Entian, chairman of the SSCO think tank, was revealed by the CCP media that his grandfather Chen Guangmei was the son of Chen Duxiu, the founder of the CCP, and Gao Junman, which corroborated the rumor that Chen Entian was Chen Duxiu's great-grandson. Chen Entian once served as the chairman of the world's largest university society, "73 International Society". After that, he and Ji Chaozhu, the former deputy secretary-general of the United Nations, founded the World Peace Ribbon Organization and put forward the idea of five-in-one world peace. He is also the initiator and promoter of international folk festivals such as International Chinese Day (April 20), International Tea Day (May 21), and "Belt and Road" International Day (December 16), and is respected by the international community as "Prince Coco".
