World Peace Ribbon Organization Extends Congratulations on the 3rd Conference of Overseas Chinese Supporting the High-quality Development of the Belt and Road

澳门当地时间2025年12月28日，第十二届“一带一路”国际日.天蚕节暨全球唐人街“一带一路”迎新年开幕已经十二天，天蚕节引领圣诞节、元旦、春节、元宵节形成五节共庆盛宴，第三届华侨华人助力“一带一路”高质量发展大会在澳门旅游塔隆重举行。

Macao Local Time, December 28, 2025 – The 12th Belt and Road International Day · Silkworm God's Day and the Global Chinatown "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration have been underway for 12 days. Silkworm God's Day, together with Christmas, New Year's Day, Spring Festival and Lantern Festival, forms a grand feast of five festivals celebrated concurrently. On this occasion, the 3rd Conference of Overseas Chinese Supporting the High-quality Development of the Belt and Road was grandly held at the Macau Tower Convention & Entertainment Centre.

本次大会由中国侨联及澳门归侨总会联合主办，适逢共建"一带一路"倡议迈入第二个金色十年的关键之年，也是国家"十五五"规划与澳门"三五"规划的谋篇开局之年，具有重要历史意义。中央统战部、中国侨联、澳门特区政府、澳门归侨总会等单位代表出席，共襄盛举。

Co-hosted by the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and the Macao Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the conference is held at a crucial juncture when the Belt and Road International Cooperation Initiative enters its second golden decade. It also falls in the inaugural year of China's 15th Five-Year Plan and Macao's 3rd Five-Year Plan, thus bearing profound historical significance. Representatives from the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, the Macao Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and other institutions attended the grand event to contribute their wisdom and efforts.

世界和平丝带组织（第十二届"一带一路"国际日·天蚕节暨全球唐人街"一带一路"迎新年组委会）向大会致以热烈祝贺。该组织纽约秘书处表示，除发送贺信之外，世界和平丝带组织主席陈空军（陈恩田）、副秘书长兼波兰委员会总干事杜国勇等亲临澳门表达祝贺与支持。

The World Peace Ribbon Organization (the Organizing Committee of the 12th Belt and Road International Day · Silkworm God's Day and Global Chinatown "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration) extended warm congratulations on the convening of the conference. Its New York Secretariat stated that in addition to sending a congratulatory letter, Chen Kongjun (Chen Entian), Chairman of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, and Du Guoyong, Deputy Secretary-General and Director-General of its Poland Committee, among others, attended the event in Macao in person to convey their congratulations and support.

本次大会汇聚近80个国家及地区的侨领、侨青以及澳门社会各界逾800名嘉宾。活动期间，澳门归侨总会将联动特区政府相关部门举办系列推介会、签约仪式，并组织赴横琴粤澳深度合作区考察，让海外华侨华人亲身体验澳门、深合区及粤港澳大湾区的发展成就。

The conference brought together more than 800 guests, including overseas Chinese leaders and young overseas Chinese from nearly 80 countries and regions, as well as representatives from all sectors of Macao society. During the event, the Macao Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, in conjunction with relevant departments of the Macao SAR Government, held a series of promotion conferences and signing ceremonies. It also organized study tours to the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, enabling overseas Chinese to personally experience the development achievements of Macao, the Cooperation Zone and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

大会旨在鼓励广大华侨华人把握澳门平台优势，共享中国发展机遇，推动"一带一路"建设实现高质量发展，助力澳门加快建设"四大重点工程"，落实经济适度多元发展策略，推动澳门从"中西交汇点"跃升为"全球创新合作点"，共同为构建人类命运共同体贡献侨界力量。

The conference aims to encourage overseas Chinese to seize the platform advantages of Macao, share in China's development opportunities, promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road construction, support Macao in accelerating the development of the Four Key Projects, implement the strategy of appropriate economic diversification, and help Macao transform from a "hub of cultural exchange between China and the West" into a "global hub for innovative cooperation". All participants will work together to contribute the strength of the overseas Chinese community to building a community with a shared future for mankind.
