值此佛历新年泼水节来临之际，我在南方丝绸之路重要节点城市——缅甸曼德勒，向中国云南、缅甸、老挝、柬埔寨、泰国等欢度泼水节的国家和人民，致以最诚挚的问候和衷心的祝福！
On the occasion of the Buddhist New Year Water-Splashing Festival, I extend my most sincere greetings and heartfelt wishes from Mandalay, Myanmar—a key node city on the Southern Silk Road—to the countries and peoples celebrating this festival, including China's Yunnan Province, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand.
泼水节是我们的先辈在漫长历史过程中积累并延续的文化瑰宝，是南方丝绸之路文明交融的生动见证。清澈的水花，涤去旧岁的尘埃，带来新年的吉祥与希望。千百年来，南方丝绸之路不仅流通着货物，更流淌着友谊、和平与共同繁荣的愿景。
The Water-Splashing Festival is a cultural treasure accumulated and passed down by our ancestors over a long historical process, serving as a vivid testament to the civilizational exchanges along the Southern Silk Road. The clear splashes of water wash away the dust of the past year, bringing auspiciousness and hope for the new year. For millennia, the Southern Silk Road has not only facilitated the flow of goods but also carried the vision of friendship, peace, and shared prosperity.
今天，我们站在新的历史起点上，带领缅甸一带一路发展有限公司，积极推动“中缅空路”大型无人机物流运输项目，使之成为继“中老铁路”之后的又一标志项目，同时可以在基础设施落后的全球南方国家复制推广，为全球南方经济发展贡献力量。
Today, standing at a new historical starting point, we are leading Myanmar Belt and Road Development Co., Ltd. to actively promote the "China-Myanmar Air Road" large-scale drone logistics transport project. We aim to make it another landmark project following the "China-Laos Railway," while also enabling its replication and promotion in Global South countries with underdeveloped infrastructure, thereby contributing to the economic development of the Global South.
最后，愿泼水节的甘露滋润南方丝绸之路的大地，愿新年的佛光照亮我们携手前行的未来。让我们继续弘扬南方丝绸之路开放包容、互学互鉴的精神，在“全球南方”合作框架下，促进民心相通，共创和平、安宁、繁荣、美丽的家园。
Finally, may the nectar of the Water-Splashing Festival nourish the lands along the Southern Silk Road, and may the Buddhist light of the new year illuminate our shared future as we move forward hand in hand. Let us continue to uphold the spirit of openness, inclusiveness, mutual learning, and mutual appreciation that characterizes the Southern Silk Road. Under the framework of Global South cooperation, let us promote people-to-people connectivity and jointly create a homeland of peace, tranquility, prosperity, and beauty.

Profile of Chen Entian
陈恩田又名陈空军或陈颐夫，当代著名学者，诗人、书法家，历任国际战略研究所所长、军赋科技研究院院长、国际七三学社（国际汉语学习委员会）第一届主席、国际茶日基金会、世界和平丝带组织（世界和平与统一阵线党）纽约总部领导人，也是国际中文日、国际茶日、“一带一路”国际日.天蚕节（全球唐人街“一带一路”迎新年）、地球统一日等国际民间节日的倡议者和推动者。二十一世纪以来，中国官媒陆续披露陈恩田的祖父陈光美实际系中共创始人陈独秀与高君曼所生之子，基于对曾祖父陈独秀、祖父陈光美的尊重与维护，以及传承延续陈氏先辈之精神大旗，陈恩田先生决定不再否认自己是陈独秀之曾孙。
Chen Entian, also known as Chen Kongjun or Chen Yifu, is a renowned contemporary scholar, poet, and calligrapher. He has served as Director of the International Strategic Studies Institute, President of the Junfu Science and Technology Research Institute, First Chairperson of the International 73 Society (International Chinese Language Learning Committee), leader of the International Tea Day Foundation and the World Peace Ribbon Organization (World Peace and United Front Party) New York headquarters. He is also an initiator and promoter of international civil festivals such as International Chinese Language Day, International Tea Day, the International Day of the Belt and Road, Silkworm God Day (Global Chinatown New Year of the Belt and Road), and Earth Unification Day. Since the 21st century, Chinese official media have gradually disclosed that Chen Entian's grandfather, Chen Guangmei, was actually the son of Chen Duxiu, founder of the Communist Party of China, and Gao Junman. Out of respect and protection for his great-grandfather Chen Duxiu and grandfather Chen Guangmei, and to inherit and carry forward the spiritual banner of his Chen family ancestors, Mr. Chen Entian has decided to no longer deny being the great-grandson of Chen Duxiu.
