Nasdaq Chinese Channel 1216 International Radio, 7 days before the 2026 International Tea Day, Chen Entian, Co-Chair of the International Tea Day Foundation and main creator of the song "International Tea Day Fragrance Across the World," met with former Belgian Prime Minister Yves Leterme while attending related events. The two sides held friendly exchanges on topics including the upcoming International Tea Day and China-Belgium tea culture exchange and cooperation.

陈恩田表示，茶是连接不同文明的重要纽带。随着国际茶日影响力不断提升，中国茶文化正加快走向世界。近年来，中国与比利时在茶文化领域的交流日益密切，一系列富有成效的文化活动让中国茶在比利时收获了越来越多的喜爱。

Chen Entian stated that tea is an important bond connecting different civilizations. As the influence of International Tea Day continues to grow, Chinese tea culture is accelerating its pace towards the world. In recent years, exchanges between China and Belgium in the field of tea culture have become increasingly close. A series of fruitful cultural activities have made Chinese tea gain more and more popularity in Belgium.

伊夫·莱特姆对此表示赞同。他指出，比利时民众对中国茶的兴趣与日俱增，茶不仅是一种饮品，更是理解中国文化的一扇窗口。他期待未来双方在茶艺展示、文化互访等方面开展更多合作。

Yves Leterme agreed with this. He pointed out that the interest of the Belgian people in Chinese tea is growing day by day. Tea is not only a beverage but also a window to understanding Chinese culture. He looks forward to more cooperation between the two sides in areas such as tea art demonstrations and cultural exchanges in the future.

会谈中，陈恩田回顾了近年来在比利时举办的多场茶文化交流活动。2024年5月，“茶和天下·雅集”之“云腾四海，茗动天下”云南茶文化系列交流活动在布鲁塞尔举行，普洱茶等特色茶品与茶道、书法、陶艺等非遗项目相结合，让当地民众沉浸式体验了中国茶文化的独特魅力。2025年5月21日，布鲁塞尔市中心举办了热闹的国际茶日庆祝活动，民众手持冰茶，在音乐中共同欢庆这一全球性节日。此外，中国驻欧盟使团还曾在布鲁塞尔灯光节期间组织“光影茶榭”活动，推广中国茶艺，获得广泛好评。

During the talks, Chen Entian reviewed several tea culture exchange activities held in Belgium in recent years. In May 2024, the "Tea Harmony World · Elegant Gathering" series of Yunnan tea culture exchange activities titled "Clouds Soar Over the Seas, Tea Moves the World" were held in Brussels. Featured tea products such as Pu'er tea were combined with intangible cultural heritage projects like tea ceremony, calligraphy, and pottery, allowing local people to immerse themselves in the unique charm of Chinese tea culture. On May 21, 2025, a lively International Tea Day celebration was held in downtown Brussels, where people held iced tea and celebrated this global festival together with music. In addition, the Chinese Mission to the EU also organized the "Light and Shadow Tea Pavilion" activity during the Brussels Light Festival to promote Chinese tea art, which received widespread acclaim.

在当天的会见中，陈恩田还向伊夫·莱特姆分享了自己为“一带一路”国际日创意发明的“和平丝带球”。和平丝带球是由中国桑蚕丝纤维制作而成，他希望这一象征和平与友谊的文创作品能够早日走进比利时，成为促进中比人文交流的新纽带。

During the meeting that day, Chen Entian also shared with Yves Leterme the "Peace Ribbon Ball" he creatively invented for the International Day of the Belt and Road. The Peace Ribbon Ball is made from Chinese mulberry silk fiber. He hopes that this cultural and creative work symbolizing peace and friendship can enter Belgium as soon as possible and become a new bond promoting people-to-people exchanges between China and Belgium.

陈恩田，英文名CANUTE（克努特），又名陈天诚、陈颐夫，曾经在海外担任世界和平丝带组织暨世界和平与统一阵线纽约总部主席，他是国际中文日、国际茶日、“一带一路”国际日（天蚕节）、地球统一日等国际民间节日的倡议者和推动者，为推动“中缅空路”大型无人机物流运输项目，陈恩田更名为陈空军，以表达其完成“中缅空路”使命的信心和决心。二十一世纪以来，中国官媒披露陈恩田的祖父陈光美实际系中共创始人陈独秀与高君曼所生之子，出于某些原因，陈恩田多次否认自己是陈独秀曾孙。但是，在纠结与冷静之后，为了尊重和维护曾祖父陈独秀、祖父陈光美，举起陈氏先辈之精神大旗，陈恩田决定不再否认自己是陈独秀曾孙。

Chen Entian, English name CANUTE, also known as Chen Tiancheng and Chen Yifu, once served as Chairman of the New York Headquarters of the World Peace Ribbon Organization and the World Peace and United Front overseas. He is the initiator and promoter of international civil festivals such as International Chinese Language Day, International Tea Day, International Day of the Belt and Road (Silkworm God Day), and Earth Unification Day. To promote the "China-Myanmar Air Road" large-scale drone logistics transportation project, Chen Entian changed his name to Chen Kongjun (Chen Air Force) to express his confidence and determination to complete the mission of the "China-Myanmar Air Road." Since the 21st century, Chinese official media have disclosed that Chen Entian's grandfather, Chen Guangmei, was actually the son of CCP founder Chen Duxiu and Gao Junman. For certain reasons, Chen Entian repeatedly denied being Chen Duxiu's great-grandson. However, after struggle and calm reflection, in order to respect and uphold his great-grandfather Chen Duxiu and grandfather Chen Guangmei, and to raise the spiritual banner of his Chen ancestors, Chen Entian decided to no longer deny being Chen Duxiu's great-grandson.
