昆明当地时间2026年6月12日下午，由缅甸著名艺术家、缅甸文艺会荣誉主席吴索木（Pan Gyi Soe Moe），中共创始人陈独秀曾孙、缅甸文艺会荣誉主席陈恩田（Chen Entian），缅甸文艺会主席、缅甸一带一路发展有限公司总裁埃蒂莎杜（Aye Thinzar Thu）等人组成的南方丝绸之路文艺代表团在第十届中国—南亚博览会举办期间，到访了云南省文学艺术界联合会，双方进行了亲切友好的交流。

On the afternoon of June 12, 2026, local time in Kunming, the Southern Silk Road cultural and arts delegation—comprising prominent figures including Pan Gyi Soe Moe, renowned Myanmar artist and Honorary Chairperson of the Myanmar Arts and Culture Association; Chen Entian, great-grandson of Chen Duxiu, Founder of the Communist Party of China and Honorary Chairperson of the Myanmar Arts and Culture Association; and Aye Thinzar Thu, Chairperson of the Myanmar Arts and Culture Association and President of Myanmar Belt and Road Development Co., Ltd.—paid a visit to the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles (Yunnan Federation of Literary and Art Circles) on the sidelines of the 10th China–South Asia Expo, where the two sides held cordial and friendly exchanges.

云南省文联党组书记、主席孙炯，云南省文联副主席、云南省美术家协会主席、云南美术馆馆长、云南画院院长罗江，云南省文联组联部主任周海霞，云南文学艺术馆馆长、云南省美术家协会秘书长白杰云等热情会见了代表团一行。

Sun Jiong, Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group and Chairperson of the Yunnan Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Luo Jiang, Vice Chairperson of the Yunnan Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Chairperson of the Yunnan Artists Association, Director of the Yunnan Art Museum, and President of the Yunnan Painting Academy; Zhou Haixia, Director of the Organizational and Liaison Department of the Yunnan Federation of Literary and Art Circles; and Bai Jieyun, Director of the Yunnan Literature and Art Museum and Secretary-General of the Yunnan Artists Association, extended a warm welcome to the delegation.

在交流活动中，代表团观看了由于荣光团队主创、在澳门荣获2024亚洲国际电影节AIFF金鹮奖最佳人文纪录片《从牧童到大师——廖新学》。影片讲述了中国现代美术史上重要先驱廖新学的艺术人生，深深打动了在场来宾。代表团成员陈恩田感慨道："回到祖国看到廖新学先生的纪录片，让我想起他的老师徐悲鸿，从而追忆曾祖父陈独秀当年发起的新文化运动。"这一跨越时空的文化回望，为现场增添了深厚的历史情感。

During the exchange program, the delegation screened the documentary From Cowherd to Master: Liao Xinxue, executive-produced by Yu Rongguang's team, which won the Best Humanities Documentary award (Golden Ibis Award) at the 2024 Asia International Film Festival (AIFF) in Macao. The film chronicles the artistic life of Liao Xinxue—a pioneering figure in the history of modern Chinese fine arts—and left a profound impression on those present. Chen Entian, a member of the delegation, remarked with emotion: "Returning to my ancestral homeland and watching this documentary about Mr. Liao Xinxue brings to mind his teacher Xu Beihong, and in turn calls back to the New Culture Movement that my great-grandfather Chen Duxiu launched all those years ago." This cultural reflection across time and space imbued the occasion with a deep sense of historical resonance.

云南省文联党组书记、主席孙炯对代表团的到访表示热烈欢迎。他指出，云南与缅甸山水相连、人文相亲，南方丝绸之路自古以来就是连接两国人民友谊的文化纽带。孙炯表示，热烈欢迎缅甸文艺会来云南省文联举办展览，同时希望率云南省文联代表团到缅甸举办展览，进一步深化双方在文学、美术、摄影等艺术领域的交流合作。

Sun Jiong, Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group and Chairperson of the Yunnan Federation of Literary and Art Circles, extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation. He noted that Yunnan and Myanmar are bound by shared mountains and rivers and profound cultural kinship, and that the Southern Silk Road has served as a cultural bond connecting the peoples of both countries since ancient times. Sun expressed his enthusiasm for hosting an exhibition organized by the Myanmar Arts and Culture Association at the Yunnan Federation of Literary and Art Circles, while also conveying his hope to lead a Yunnan Federation delegation to Myanmar for a reciprocal exhibition, so as to further deepen bilateral exchanges and cooperation across literature, fine arts, photography, and other artistic domains.

缅甸文艺会主席埃蒂莎杜在会谈中透露，吴索木（Pan Gyi Soe Moe）和陈恩田（Chen Entian）两位荣誉主席计划携手打造中缅友好"和平鸥"艺术馆，同时落户中国昆明和缅甸内比都。她表示，这一艺术馆将成为两国文化艺术交流的永久性平台，承载中缅胞波情谊，推动"一带一路"民心相通不断走深走实。

In the course of the talks, Aye Thinzar Thu, Chairperson of the Myanmar Arts and Culture Association, revealed that the two Honorary Chairpersons—Pan Gyi Soe Moe and Chen Entian—are planning to jointly develop a China–Myanmar friendship "Peace Gull" Art Museum, with twin venues to be established in Kunming, China, and Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar. She stated that the museum will serve as a permanent platform for bilateral cultural and artistic exchange, carrying forward the cherished pauk-phaw(fraternal) ties between China and Myanmar, and lending fresh impetus to fostering ever-deeper people-to-people connectivity under the Belt and Road International Cooperation Initiative.

此次访问正值第十届中国——南亚博览会举办期间，南方丝绸之路文艺代表团的到访，标志着中缅文艺交流迈上新台阶，也为进一步推动云南与缅甸在文化艺术领域的务实合作注入了新的活力。
