仰光当地时间2026年5月28日，缅甸一带一路发展有限公司董事局主席、中缅空路大型无人机物流运输项目推动者陈空军（陈恩田）在仰光可可亲王府会晤由开国中将梁兴初之子梁晓源大哥、开国中将曾思玉之女曾丽大姐率领的红色中国投资经贸考察团，双方就推动中缅投资及经贸合作进行了友好会谈。

On May 28, 2026, local time in Yangon, Chen Kongjun (Chen Entian), Chairman of the Board of Myanmar Belt and Road Development Co., Ltd. and promoter of the large-scale drone logistics transportation project for the China-Myanmar Air Road, met with the Red China Investment and Trade Inspection Delegation at the Cocoa Prince Mansion in Yangon. The delegation was led by elder brother Liang Xiaoyuan, son of founding Lieutenant General Liang Xingchu, and elder sister Zeng Li, daughter of founding Lieutenant General Zeng Siyu. The two sides held friendly talks on promoting investment and economic cooperation between China and Myanmar.

陈空军对考察团一行表示热烈欢迎。他介绍了缅甸一带一路发展有限公司近年来积极响应“一带一路”倡议所做的工作，重点通报了“中缅空路”大型无人机物流运输项目的进展情况。该项目线路规划从中国云南景洪起始，连接缅甸内比都并延伸至皎漂、仰光等印度洋沿岸港口，旨在构建高效安全的空中物流新通道，已确认切实可行。陈空军期待考察团成员为项目助力，共同推动中缅印度洋新通道建设。

Chen Kongjun extended a warm welcome to the inspection delegation. He briefed the delegation on the work carried out in recent years by Myanmar Belt and Road Development Co., Ltd. in active response to the Belt and Road International Cooperation Initiative, with a key update on the progress of the large-scale drone logistics transportation project for the "China-Myanmar Air Road." The planned route for this project starts from Jinghong, Yunnan, China, links to Naypyidaw, Myanmar, and extends to Indian Ocean coastal ports such as Kyaukpyu and Yangon, aiming to establish a new, efficient, and safe aerial logistics corridor, whose feasibility has been confirmed. Chen Kongjun expressed his hope that the delegation members would contribute to the project and jointly advance the construction of the new China-Myanmar Indian Ocean corridor.

梁晓源大哥和曾丽大姐表示，中缅两国山水相连，胞波情谊源远流长。考察团将传承红色精神，发挥桥梁作用，积极推动中国优质产能、技术与资金对接缅甸发展需求，助力“一带一路”倡议在缅落地生根。双方一致同意建立常态化沟通机制，尽快推动相关投资及经贸合作项目取得实质性进展。

Elder brother Liang Xiaoyuan and elder sister Zeng Li stated that China and Myanmar are linked by mountains and rivers, sharing a time-honored Pauk-Phaw friendship. The inspection delegation will carry forward the red spirit, serve as a bridge, and actively promote the alignment of China's high-quality production capacity, technology, and capital with Myanmar's development needs, helping the Belt and Road Initiative take root in Myanmar. Both sides agreed to establish a regular communication mechanism and to strive for substantive advancement in relevant investment and economic cooperation projects as soon as possible.

Introduction to Chen Kongjun

陈空军，原名陈恩田，英文名CANUTE（克努特），又名陈天诚、陈颐夫，曾经在海外担任世界和平丝带组织暨世界和平与统一阵线纽约总部主席，他是国际中文日、国际茶日、“一带一路”国际日（天蚕节）、地球统一日等国际民间节日的倡议者和推动者，为推动“中缅空路”大型无人机物流运输项目，陈恩田更名为陈空军，以表达其完成“中缅空路”使命的信心和决心。二十一世纪以来，中国官媒披露陈恩田的祖父陈光美实际系中共创始人陈独秀与高君曼所生并寄养在四川陈大成家中之子，出于某些原因，陈恩田多次否认自己是陈独秀曾孙。但是，在纠结与冷静之后，为了尊重和维护曾祖父陈独秀、祖父陈光美，举起陈氏先辈之精神大旗，陈恩田决定不再否认自己是陈独秀曾孙。

Chen Kongjun, originally named Chen Entian, also known as CANUTE, Chen Tiancheng, or Chen Yifu, previously served as the Chairman of the World Peace Ribbon Organization and the World Peace and United Front at their New York headquarters. He is the initiator and promoter of several international civil festivals, including International Chinese Language Day, International Tea Day, International Day of the Belt and Road (Silkworm God Day), and Earth Unity Day. To advance the large-scale drone logistics transportation project known as the "China-Myanmar Air Road," Chen Entian changed his name to Chen Kongjun, expressing his confidence and determination to accomplish the mission of the "China-Myanmar Air Road." Since the 21st century, Chinese state media have revealed that Chen Entian’s grandfather, Chen Guangmei, was in fact the son of Chen Duxiu, Founder of the Chinese Communist Party, and Gao Junman, who was raised in the family of Chen Dacheng in Sichuan. For certain reasons, Chen Entian repeatedly denied being the great-grandson of Chen Duxiu. However, after much internal struggle and reflection, and out of respect and reverence for his great-grandfather Chen Duxiu and grandfather Chen Guangmei, Chen Entian decided to uphold the spiritual legacy of his Chen ancestors and no longer deny his lineage as the great-grandson of Chen Duxiu.
