12月13日，距离第十一届“一带一路”国际日（2024年12月16日）暨“一带一路”迎新年节庆活动开幕还有3天，亚太“一带一路”共策会、马来西亚中国丝路总商会与厦门大学马来西亚分校等机构，联合举办了一场主题为《“一带一路”2.0：绿色转型与高质量发展》的中马圆桌论坛。中国驻马来西亚使馆公使郑学方、亚太“一带一路”共策会会长翁诗杰等中马两国嘉宾出席论坛并发表讲话。
On December 13, three days before the celebrations of the 11th Belt and Road International Day (December 16, 2024) and the opening of the Belt and Road New Year celebrations. The Belt and Road Initiative Caucus for Asia Pacific, the China Silk Road Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia and Xiamen University Malaysia jointly held a China-Malaysia Roundtable Forum with the theme of "Belt and Road 2.0: Green Transformation and High-quality Development". Zheng Xuefang, Minister of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia, Weng Shijie, President of the Belt and Road Initiative Caucus for Asia Pacific, and other guests from China and Malaysia attended the forum and delivered speeches.

本次论坛拉开了南方丝绸之路沿线国家迎接第十一届“一带一路”国际日暨“一带一路”迎新年节庆活动（12月16日至次年2月16日）的序幕。论坛聚焦“一带一路”2.0为全球南方带来的高质量发展预期和从中马合作视角看绿色转型两大议题，并由马中粤港澳大湾区科创联盟主席赖得发作会议总结。来自中马两国政界、商界和学界的代表齐聚一堂，共同探讨“一带一路”倡议在应对全球气候变化、推动绿色经济发展方面的潜力与挑战。
The forum kicked off the prelude to the 11th Belt and Road International Day and the Belt and Road New Year celebrations (December 16 to the next February 16) for countries along the Southern Silk Road. The forum focused on the high-quality development expectations brought by the Belt and Road 2.0 to the Global South and the green transformation from the perspective of China-Malaysia cooperation, and was summarized by the Chairman of the Malaysia-China Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Science and Technology Innovation Alliance. Representatives from the political, business and academic sectors of China and Malaysia gathered to discuss the potential and challenges of the Belt and Road Initiative in addressing global climate change and promoting green economic development.

世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作委员会（简称南合组织）主席陈恩田说：第十一届“一带一路”迎新年节庆活动即将到来，“一带一路”迎新年节庆活动包括“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）、圣诞节（12月25日）、元旦节（1月1日）、春节（正月初一）、元宵节（正月十五）共五大节日，我很高兴看到，南方丝绸之路沿线活动正在为第十一届“一带一路“国际日暨“一带一路”迎新年节庆活动宣传预热。
Chen Entian, Chairman of the Southern Silk Road and the Global South International Cooperation Committee (SSCO) of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, said: The 11th Belt and Road New Year celebrations are approaching. The "Belt and Road" New Year celebrations include the "Belt and Road" International Day (December 16), Christmas (December 25), New Year's Day (January 1), Spring Festival (the first day of the first month), and the Lantern Festival (the 15th day of the first month). I am glad to see that the activities along the Southern Silk Road are warming up for the 11th Belt and Road International Day and the Belt and Road New Year celebrations.
