中国大陆当地时间2026年1月3日，值第十二届“一带一路”国际日·天蚕节暨全球唐人街“一带一路”迎新年活动开幕第十八天之际，全球唐人街“一带一路”迎新年组委会主席陈恩田归国抵达广东潮州，考察当地非遗保护与传承情况，并发表了《致全球潮籍华侨华人的信》，受到了当地民众欢迎。

Local Time in Mainland China, January 3, 2026 – On the 18th day of the opening of the 12th Belt and Road International Day · Silkworm God's Day and the Global Chinatown "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration, Chen Entian, Chairman of the Global Chinatown "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration Organizing Committee, returned to China and arrived in Chaozhou, Guangdong. He inspected the protection and inheritance of local intangible cultural heritage and released *Letter to Chaoshan Overseas Chinese Worldwide*, which was warmly received by local residents.

在潮州考察期间，陈恩田还与当地多位非遗传承人进行友好交流。其中，国家级非物质文化遗产（潮绣）代表传承人、中国首届刺绣艺术大师康惠芳向全球唐人街“一带一路”迎新年组委会赠送了个人精心创作的潮绣作品《年年有余》，该作品以鲤鱼为主体，辅以莲花、祥云等传统吉祥纹样。

During his inspection in Chaozhou, Chen Entian also had friendly exchanges with several local inheritors of intangible cultural heritage. Among them, Kang Huifang, a representative inheritor of national-level intangible cultural heritage (Chao Embroidery) and China's first Master of Embroidery Art, presented her meticulously created Chao Embroidery work *Year After Year Abundance* to the Global Chinatown "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration Organizing Committee. The work takes carp as the main subject, supplemented by traditional auspicious patterns such as lotus flowers and auspicious clouds.

鲤鱼寓意“年年有余”“吉祥富贵”，莲花象征“纯洁高雅”“生生不息”，整幅作品融合潮绣特有的金银线绣与立体绣技法，色彩绚丽，工艺精湛，展现出浓厚的岭南文化特色与艺术感染力。赠送该作品意在祝愿“一带一路”国际日·天蚕节暨“一带一路”迎新年活动延续千秋万代，让中华优秀传统文化随着“一带一路”倡议传播到世界各地。

Carp symbolize "year after year abundance" and "auspiciousness and prosperity", while lotus flowers represent "purity and elegance" and "endless vitality". The entire work integrates the unique gold and silver thread embroidery and three-dimensional embroidery techniques of Chao Embroidery, with bright colors and exquisite craftsmanship, showing a strong Lingnan cultural characteristics and artistic appeal. The presentation of this work is intended to wish the Belt and Road International Day · Silkworm God's Day and the "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration to last for generations, and to spread China's excellent traditional culture to all parts of the world along with the Belt and Road International Cooperation Initiative.

陈恩田代表组委会对康惠芳大师的赠礼表示感谢，并充分肯定潮绣等非遗项目在传承中华文化、促进文明互鉴中的独特价值。他强调，“一带一路”国际日.天蚕节暨“一带一路”迎新年活动将持续关注和支持非物质文化遗产的活态传承，推动中华传统文化与国际民间交流深度融合。

On behalf of the organizing committee, Chen Entian thanked Master Kang Huifang for her gift and fully affirmed the unique value of intangible cultural heritage projects such as Chao Embroidery in inheriting Chinese culture and promoting cultural exchanges and mutual learning. He emphasized that the Belt and Road International Day · Silkworm God's Day and the "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration will continue to pay attention to and support the living inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, and promote the in-depth integration of traditional Chinese culture with international people-to-people exchanges.

“一带一路”迎新年，五节共庆谱新篇。全球唐人街“一带一路”迎新年组委会融合天蚕节（12月16日“一带一路”国际日）、圣诞节、元旦节、春节、元宵节，形成五节共庆过新年。此次考察活动进一步凸显了“一带一路”人文交流的内涵，也为潮州非遗走向世界提供了新的展示窗口。

The Global Chinatown "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration Organizing Committee integrates Silkworm God's Day (Belt and Road International Day on December 16), Christmas, New Year's Day, Spring Festival and Lantern Festival to form a joint celebration of five festivals for the New Year.
