内比都当地时间2025年11月6日，距离第十二届“一带一路”国际日暨全球唐人街“一带一路”迎新年开幕还有40天，世界和平丝带组织第一届至第八届委员会主席、第十二届“一带一路”国际日暨全球唐人街“一带一路”迎新年组委会主席陈空军（陈恩田）会见了当代著名画家、中国重彩油画奠基人、云南大学昌新国际艺术学院院长周昌新先生。

Nay Pyi Taw, November 6, 2025 (local time) — 40 days ahead of the 12th Belt and Road International Day and the Global Chinatowns "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration, Chen Kongjun (Chen Entian) — Chairman of the 1st to 8th Committees of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, and Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the 12th Belt and Road International Day and the Global Chinatowns "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration — met with Mr. Zhou Changxin, a renowned contemporary painter, founder of Chinese heavy-color oil painting, and Dean of Changxin International College of the Arts, Yunnan University.

陈空军表示：云南大学是“一带一路”国际日发祥地，也是南方丝绸之路的重要节点，感谢云南大学昌新国际艺术学院全体师生对“一带一路”国际日的响应支持。再过40天，昆明将迎来第十二届“一带一路”国际日，以及红嘴鸥被世界和平丝带组织命名为“和平鸥”两周年，一年一度的“一带一路"和平鸥盛会将在昆明滇池举行，我们欢迎云南大学昌新国际艺术学院师生共同创作《“一带一路”和平鸥》等艺术作品，也欢迎“一带一路”沿线国家人民莅临昆明滇池观光游览。

Chen Kongjun stated that Yunnan University is the birthplace of the Belt and Road International Day and an important node on the Southern Silk Road. He expressed gratitude to all faculty and students of Changxin International College of the Arts, Yunnan University for their response and support to the Belt and Road International Day. In 40 days, Kunming will host the 12th Belt and Road International Day, marking the 2nd anniversary of the red-billed gull being named "Peace Gull" by the World Peace Ribbon Organization. The annual "Belt and Road" Peace Gull Grand Event will be held at Kunming's Dianchi Lake. He welcomed faculty and students of the college to co-create artworks such as "Belt and Road Peace Gulls" and invited people from countries along the Belt and Road to visit Dianchi Lake in Kunming.

2013年，为响应“一带一路”国际合作倡议，星云大师前往南方丝绸之路重要节点云南大学庆来堂，举行佛学开示《看见梦想的力量》，受星云大师德慧启迪，全球第一大学社——国际七三学社前主席陈恩田携手联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸，在第八届联合国秘书长潘基文先生、时任联合国教科文组织总干事博科娃女士的关心支持下，创立世界和平丝带组织，将每年12月16日设立为“一带一路“国际日，提出五合一世界和平主张。

In 2013, in response to the Belt and Road International Cooperation Initiative, Master Hsing Yun traveled to Qinglai Hall of Yunnan University — an important node on the Southern Silk Road — and delivered a Buddhist lecture titled "The Power of Seeing Dreams." Inspired by Master Hsing Yun's virtue and wisdom, Chen Entian, former chairman of the International 73 Society (the world's largest society), joined hands with Ji Chaozhu, former Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, to establish the World Peace Ribbon Organization with the care and support of Ban Ki-moon, the 8th Secretary-General of the United Nations, and Irina Bokova, then Director-General of UNESCO. December 16 was designated as the Belt and Road International Day, and the "Five-in-One World Peace Initiative" was proposed.

云南大学昌新国际艺术学院周昌新院长表示：陈恩田先生作为二十世纪初革命导师的后代，积极响应“一带一路”国际合作倡议，长期奔走于国际社会，为推动世界和平丝带组织设立“一带一路”国际日，将红嘴鸥命名为和平鸥等重大事件上作出了有目共睹的贡献，我们期待第十二届“一带一路”国际日的到来，欢迎陈恩田先生访问云南大学昌新国际艺术学院，与我院师生们交流座谈。

Zhou Changxin, Dean of Changxin International College of the Arts, Yunnan University, noted that as a descendant of a revolutionary mentor in the early 20th century, Mr. Chen Entian has actively responded to the Belt and Road International Cooperation Initiative and long engaged in international efforts. He has made obvious contributions to major events such as the World Peace Ribbon Organization's establishment of the Belt and Road International Day and the naming of the red-billed gull as the Peace Gull. The college looks forward to the 12th Belt and Road International Day and welcomes Mr. Chen Entian to visit the college for exchanges and discussions with faculty and students.
