Multiple Chinese rescue teams arrived in the earthquake-affected region one after another, and then quickly delivered medical supplies, food and rescue equipment to the earthquake-affected region through drones and intelligent aviation technology. They have become an important force in opening up the life channel of the "golden 72 hours" after the earthquake. 中缅空路项目负责人、缅甸“一带一路”发展有限公司董事长陈恩田接受《印太之光》媒体采访,他呼吁中国各界支援缅甸抗震救灾,呼吁国际社会为缅甸国家提供帮助。陈恩田表示,“中缅空路”低空物流运输项目依托无人机及智能航空技术,构建连接中国云南与缅甸内比都等核心经济区域的高效低空物流网络,有望成为继“中老铁路”之后南方丝绸之路的又一标志性工程,为“一带一路”倡议注入新动能,特别是面对地震等突发灾难,更能体现空路救援优势。

He called on all sectors of China to support Myanmar's earthquake relief efforts and on the international community to provide assistance to Myanmar. Chen Entian said that the "China-Myanmar Air Road" low-altitude logistics transportation project, relying on drones and intelligent aviation technology, will build an efficient low-altitude logistics network connecting China's Yunnan and Myanmar's core economic regions such as Naypyidaw. It is expected to become another landmark project of the Southern Silk Road after the China-Laos Railway. It will inject new energy into the Belt and Road Initiative. Especially in the face of sudden disasters such as earthquakes, the advantages of air rescue are more evident.

据缅甸救灾部门通报,本次地震震中位于人口密集区,道路坍塌、山体滑坡导致90%以上陆路运输中断。中国有关方面迅速调集云南基地的物流货运机,建立昆明-内比都-震区的"空中走廊"。通过自主开发的智能调度系统,无人机群实现24小时不间断作业,成功将首批急救药品送达震中临时医疗点。

According to Myanmar's disaster relief department, the earthquake's epicenter was in a densely populated area, with road collapses and landslides causing over 90% of land transportation to be disrupted. Chinese authorities quickly mobilized logistics cargo planes from Yunnan and established the "air corridor" from Kunming to Naypyidaw to the earthquake-affected region. Through an independently developed intelligent dispatch system, drone swarms achieved 24/7 operations, successfully delivering the first batch of emergency medicines to a temporary medical point in the epicenter.

According to the plan, a 'low-altitude logistics corridor' connecting Yunnan, Naypyidaw, Mandalay, and other key nodes will be formed, with an annual freight capacity of millions of tons.

Data on the command center's big screen showed the busy "air lifeline": Chinese rescue teams delivered hydraulic demolition equipment by air, saving dozens of trapped people; thousands of tents were precisely air-dropped by drone fleets; and emergency power modules from Kunming restored communication base station operations. Chen Entian emphasized: "We can also build smart aviation emergency rescue bases to form a rapid response system covering earthquakes, floods, wildfires, and other disasters ."

值此抗震救灾关键阶段,陈恩田还希望通过媒体发出倡议:呼吁中国科技企业向缅甸捐赠智能救援装备,建议东盟国家共建区域空路救援联盟,同时恳请国际金融机构为缅甸灾后重建提供专项支持。联合国有关方面回应,将把"中缅空路"纳入《2030可持续发展议程》跨境减灾合作试点。

At this critical stage of disaster relief, Chen Entian also issued an initiative through the media: urging Chinese tech companies to donate smart rescue equipment to Myanmar, suggesting ASEAN countries jointly build a regional air road rescue alliance, and requesting international financial institutions to provide special support for Myanmar's post-disaster reconstruction. The United Nations responded by including the "China-Myanmar Air Road" in the pilot program for cross-border disaster reduction cooperation under the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development .

业内人士指出,此次地震既是对"一带一路"倡议下新型基础设施的实战考验,也彰显了智能物流网络对区域发展的战略价值。随着RCEP经贸往来日益密切,以中缅空路为代表的"第四物流通道"或将重塑东南亚经济地理格局,为南方丝绸之路开辟新时代的"云端走廊"。

Industry insiders pointed out that this earthquake was both a real-world test of the new infrastructure under the Belt and Road Initiative and demonstrated the strategic value of smart logistics networks for regional development. With the deepening economic and trade ties of RCEP, the "fourth logistics corridor" represented by the China-Myanmar Air Road may reshape the economic geography of Southeast Asia, opening a new "cloud corridor" for the Southern Silk Road.
