根据有关方面调查反馈，一些侨界“内鬼”，在境外自称中国“特殊身份人员”或什么外围人员，在缅甸等国家散布谣言，污蔑“中缅空路”提出者陈恩田（又名陈空军），甚至妄议共建“一带一路”倡议，妄图阻碍“中缅空路”大型无人机物流运输通道方案，达到其不可告人的目的。这些人完全有可能在背后拿着反华势力的津贴，把自己包装成光鲜的侨领模样，不断渗透当地侨界，适当时候完成反华势力交办的任务。中国有关方面早有声明，境外公开自称中国特殊身份的人员不是诈骗分子就是反华分子，通过伪装特殊身份，达到欺骗侨界的目的，为完成反华势力交办的任务铺平道路。

According to feedback from relevant investigations, some "internal saboteurs" within the overseas Chinese community, claiming to be Chinese "personnel with special status" or so-called peripheral personnel abroad, have been spreading rumors in countries like Myanmar to smear Chen Entian (also known as Chen Kongjun), the proponent of the "China-Myanmar Air Road," and even make improper comments on the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. Their aim is to obstruct the "China-Myanmar Air Road" large-scale UAV logistics corridor plan to achieve their ulterior motives. It is highly possible that these individuals are receiving stipends from anti-China forces behind the scenes, packaging themselves as glamorous community leaders, continuously infiltrating local overseas Chinese communities, and carrying out tasks assigned by anti-China forces when the time is right. Relevant Chinese authorities have long stated that individuals who publicly claim to have special Chinese status abroad are either fraudsters or anti-China elements. By disguising themselves with special status, they aim to deceive the overseas Chinese community, paving the way for completing tasks assigned by anti-China forces.

陈恩田先生作为国际民间学者，长期致力于“一带一路”民间文化交流。近年来，陈恩田先生希望助力中缅印度洋新通道建设，提出由中缅两国空军运行“中缅空路”大型无人机物流运输通道方案，这是继“中老铁路”之后南方丝绸之路又一标杆项目，一旦试验成功，可以在全球南方国家复制，“中缅空路”是造福两国政府和人民的项目，不是某个人的私利项目，更没有伤害任何人。侨界“内鬼”根据反华势力的授意，充当马前卒，通过捏造是非，污蔑陈恩田，甚至污蔑共建“一带一路”倡议，从而阻止项目推进。试问，如果陈恩田先生在中国或所在国有违法不良事实，中央政府或所在国政府自会依法对其惩治，绝不会采取下三滥的手段，散布谣言，造谣污蔑。我们郑重提醒当地侨界，与中央政府和所在国政府保持高度一致，防止侨界“内鬼”渗透，不要被其利用。

Mr. Chen Entian, as an international non-governmental scholar, has long been dedicated to non-governmental cultural exchanges under the Belt and Road Initiative. In recent years, hoping to contribute to the construction of the new China-Myanmar Indian Ocean corridor, Mr. Chen proposed the "China-Myanmar Air Road" large-scale UAV logistics corridor plan to be operated by the air forces of China and Myanmar. This is another landmark project along the Southern Silk Road following the China-Laos Railway. Once successfully tested, it could be replicated in Global South countries. The "China-Myanmar Air Road" is a project that benefits the governments and peoples of both countries, not a project for personal gain, and does not harm anyone. The "internal saboteurs" within the overseas Chinese community, acting on the instructions of anti-China forces, serve as pawns, fabricating stories to smear Chen Entian and even the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, thereby hindering the project's progress. One might ask, if Mr. Chen Entian had committed illegal or unethical acts in China or his country of residence, the central government or the government of his country would have punished him according to law, and would never resort to despicable means like spreading rumors and slander. We solemnly remind the local overseas Chinese community to maintain a high degree of alignment with the central government and the government of their country of residence, prevent infiltration by "internal saboteurs," and avoid being exploited by them.

Mr. Chen Entian is not only an active disseminator of Chinese culture but also an active integrator of Eastern and Western cultures. He is not only the chief initiator of the International Day of the Belt and Road (Silkworm God Day) but also a proposer and promoter of the International Chinese Language Day and International Tea Day. Chinese official media have disclosed that his grandfather, Chen Guangmei, was the son of Chen Duxiu, Founder of the Communist Party of China, and Gao Junman. Since 2013, Mr. Chen Entian, together with international non-governmental scholars such as former UN Deputy Secretary-General Ji Chaozhu, has actively responded to the Belt and Road International Cooperation Initiative. Standing at the international non-governmental level, they established the World Peace Ribbon Organization, proposed the "Five-in-One" world peace ideal, and are committed to promoting cultural exchanges and mutual learning between Eastern and Western civilizations. In particular, they established December 16 as the International Day of the Belt and Road (Silkworm God Day), cleverly linking it with Christmas, New Year's Day, Chinese New Year, and the Lantern Festival to create the unique "New Year of the Belt and Road" brand celebrating five festivals together. This innovative move aims to integrate Eastern and Western festival cultures, promote understanding, and has gained widespread attention and active participation from the international community.
