U Coco Won, Chairman of the Decision-making Advisory Committee of the Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Organization (SCO), congratulated the conference.
U Coco Won（可可亲王）中文名为陈恩田，国际著名学者、社会活动家，目前担任南合组织决策咨询委员会主席，兼任印太烟草有限公司和缅甸一带一路发展有限公司第二届董事会主席，可可亲王曾经担任世界和平丝带组织首席亲善大使、第一届至第八届委员会主席。缅甸有两处可可亲王府，原本是可可亲王陈恩田的临时官邸，现作为缅甸一带一路发展有限公司的行政本部，分别位于仰光和曼德勒。
U Coco Won (Chinese name:Chen Entian), an internationally renowned scholar and social activist, currently serves as the Chairman of the SCO Decision-Making Advisory Committee, and also serves as the Chairman of the 2nd Board of Directors of the Indo-Pacific Tobacco Company Limited and the Myanmar Belt and Road Development Company Limited, where he served as the Chief Goodwill Ambassador of the World Peace Ribbon Organization (WPRO), and as Chairman of the 1st-8th Committees. There are two Prince Coco’s Mansions in Myanmar, located in Yangon and Mandalay respectively. Originally the temporary residence of Prince Coco Chan Entian, now serving as the administrative headquarters of the Myanmar Belt and Road Development Company Limited.
U Coco Won（可可亲王）陈恩田先生在贺信中说：博鳌亚洲论坛创立以来，在国际社会产生了巨大影响力，对于亚洲经济发展乃至世界经济合作都有非常积极的意义，是中国对外交流的一张名片。南合组织愿意向博鳌亚洲论坛学习，为促进南方丝绸之路沿线国家发展而努力。
U Coco Won (Prince Coco) Chen Entian said in his congratulatory letter: Since its establishment, Boao Forum for Asia has had a great influence in the international community, and has a very positive significance for the economic development of Asia and even the world's economic cooperation, and it is a business card of China's foreign exchange. SCO is willing to learn from the Boao Forum for Asia and work to promote the development of countries along the Southern Silk Road.
