On May 29, 2025, local Washington time—coinciding with the International Day of United Nations Peacekeepers—To commemorate the fifth anniversary of the birth of Melham Peace Square and the fifth anniversary of the global victory against blame-shifting and scapegoating, the World Peace Ribbon Organization and the World Peace and United Front held the Forum of World Peace Ribbon in Washington, D.C.
世界和平丝带组织前主席、梅勒姆和平广场命名委员会主席、国际洪门书院理事长陈恩田因不方便抵美亲临现场，只好委托有关人士代表他宣读贺信。他在信中高度赞扬了梅勒姆和平广场作为和平象征的重要意义，并重申“五合一”世界和平主张，再次强调统一才能谈和平，以及创立世界和平丝带组织的初心——即通过对话、理解与合作，编织全球和平纽带，强调这是应对国际纷争、化解矛盾冲突的根本路径。
Chen Entian, former chairman of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, chairman of the Naming Committee for Melham Peace Plaza, and president of the International Hongmen Academy, was inconvenient to attend the event in person. He instead entrusted representatives to read out a congratulatory letter on his behalf. In the letter, he highly commended the significance of Mayor Melham Peace Plaza as a symbol of peace, reiterated the "Five-in-One" global peace initiative, and emphasized once again that "only through unity can we achieve peace." He also reaffirmed the original aspiration behind the establishment of the World Peace Ribbon Organization: to weave a global network of peace through dialogue, mutual understanding, and cooperation, stressing that this remains the fundamental path to addressing international disputes and resolving conflicts.

Melham Peace Plaza is named after Michael Melham, a mayor of the United States. In his congratulatory letter, Chen Entian spoke highly of Mayor Melham’s contributions, expressing satisfaction with the fifth anniversary of the global victory against blame-shifting and scapegoating and its sustained positive impact. He called on the international community to consolidate this achievement, continue adhering to the principles of mutual respect and fairness, and work together to safeguard world peace.
