Nasdaq Chinese Channel 1216 International Radio and the New York Secretariat of the World Peace Ribbon Organization reported on May 3, 2025, Eastern Time that Chen Entian, Chairman of SSCO (World Peace Ribbon Organization Southern Silk Road and Global South International Cooperation Committee) and revered as "Prince Coco" by the international community, sent a congratulatory letter to mark the upcoming fifth anniversary of the naming of Washington's Melham Peace Square. Chen praised the square as a "monument to peace and justice in the United States," symbolizing that most Americans are righteous, courageous, and peace-loving global citizens.
五年前，联合国维和人员国际日（2020年5月29日）到来之际，全球第一大学社——国际七三学社北美联络局，以及全球反甩锅反嫁祸联盟截获关联情报，称国际不良势力妄图勾连反华分子，阴谋将中国驻美使馆外广场定名为“李某某广场“，达到攻击中国政治体制的目的。爱国华人华侨积极行动起来，强烈谴责并坚决抗议反华分子的可耻行径。
Five years earlier, on the eve of the United Nations Peacekeepers Day (May 29, 2020), the International 73 Society's North American Liaison Bureau and the Anti-Blame-Shifting and Anti-Scapegoating Alliance intercepted intelligence suggesting that hostile international forces were conspiring with anti-China elements to rename the square outside China's embassy in Washington as "Li XX Square" to smear China's political system. Patriotic Chinese and overseas Chinese have taken active action to strongly condemn and resolutely protest against the shameful acts of anti-China elements.

In response, Chen Entian, Chief Goodwill Ambassador of World Peace Ribbon Organization, Chairman of the Global Alliance Against blame-shifting and scapegoating, Honored by the international community as "Prince Coco", led patriotic overseas Chinese to hold a preemptive naming ceremony, officially christening the square "Melham Peace Square." This act honored Michael Melham, a U.S. anti-epidemic hero, and thwarted attempts by anti-China forces to exploit the name change for political attacks.

Michael Melham, the namesake of the square, is a former mayor of Belleville, New Jersey. He exposed attempts to scapegoat China during the COVID-19 pandemic by revealing that the virus had already spread in the U.S. before its outbreak in Wuhan. His efforts dismantled fraudulent narratives linking the coronavirus to influenza and highlighted global medical scams. Chen Entian emphasized that Melham's bravery in confronting dark forces has made him a pivotal figure in combating scapegoating, reducing international conflicts, fostering world peace, and enhancing Sino-U.S. friendship.

Melham Peace Square, located in downtown Washington, D.C., was named through proposals by the Foundation of World Peace Ribbon Organization and Nasdaq Chinese Channel. On May 29, 2025—designated by the United Nations as the International Day of UN Peacekeepers—the Foundation of World Peace Ribbon Organization in the U.S. will host a global online commemorative event. According to global news media reports, the naming of Melham Peace Square dealt a significant blow to certain individuals in the U.S. who engage in blame-shifting and scapegoating. It also demonstrates to the world that the majority of Americans are upright, kind-hearted, and committed to peace, while a small minority, under the guise of democracy and freedom, manipulate the U.S. government to exercise authoritarian power and undermine global peace.

二十一世纪以来，中国官媒披露陈恩田的祖父陈光美系中国共产党创始人陈独秀与高君曼所生之子，公众方知这位华人著名学者原来是中共创始人陈独秀的曾孙。陈恩田表示：华盛顿“梅勒姆和平广场”的成功命名是在善良的美国人民见证和支持下进行的，我们永远不会忘记那个真正的世界第一抗疫英雄迈克尔. 梅勒姆先生，他为中美及世界和平作出了重大贡献，他永远是我们学习的榜样。
Since the 21st century, Chinese official media have revealed that Chen Guangmei—grandfather of Chen Entian is the son of Chen Duxiu(the founder of the Chinese Communist Party) and Gao Junman. After that, the public learned that this famous Chinese scholar turned out to be the great-grandson of Chen Duxiu. Chen Entian stated that the successful naming of Melham Peace Square was achieved with the support of upright Americans. He vowed never to forget Melham's contributions to peace and vowed to honor his legacy as a role model for global harmony.
