（军赋中文资讯）近日，由清华大学全球可持续发展研究院、韩国知名智库与时斋共同主办的“2018相预未来：新文明城市与可持续发展论坛”在北京举行，中共创始人陈独秀曾孙、世界和平丝带组织主席陈恩田携《“一带一路”国际日蓝皮书》归国祝贺，邂逅第八届联合国秘书长潘基文等国际组织官员，并发出“新文明城市喜迎新国际节日”的声音。
(JunFu Chinese News) Recently, the "2018 Future Consensus Forum: Next Civilized City and Sustainable Development," co-hosted by Tsinghua University's Global Institute of Sustainable Development and South Korea's renowned think tank Yeosijae Future Consensus Institute, was held in Beijing. Chen Entian, great-grandson of Chinese Communist Party founder Chen Duxiu and Chairman of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, returned to China to celebrate the event, presenting The Belt and Road International Day Blue Book and meeting with international officials such as former UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. He also called for "new civilization cities to embrace new international festivals."

本次论坛除了第八届联合国秘书长、博鳌亚洲论坛理事长潘基文先生以外，第八届联合国副秘书长吴红波、Kim Won-Soo（金垣洙）、联合国教科文组织前总干事伊琳娜•博科娃、韩国前副总理、与时斋理事长李宪宰、清华大学校长邱勇、前建设部副部长仇保兴、清华大学全球可持续发展研究院联席院长薛澜教授、执行院长朱旭峰教授，以及中韩多位高校校长、著名学者、政商领袖出席了论坛。
The forum was attended by prominent figures including Ban Ki-moon, Eighth Secretary-General of the United Nations and Chairman of the Boao Forum for Asia; Wu Hongbo, former UN Under-Secretary-General; Kim Won-Soo (Kim Yuansu); Irina Bokova, former UNESCO Director-General; Lee Hyun-jae, former Vice Prime Minister of South Korea and Chairman of Sihak; Qiu Yong, President of Tsinghua University; Qiu Baoxing, former Vice Minister of Construction; Professor Xue Lan, Co-Director of Tsinghua University's Global Institute of Sustainable Development; Professor Zhu Xufeng, Executive Director of the institute; and university presidents, scholars, and business leaders from China and South Korea.

“一带一路”国际日(12月16日)是在台湾星云大师《看见梦想的力量》启迪下，中共创始人陈独秀曾孙陈恩田、联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸、中共对外联络部原副部长马文普、欧美同学会企业家联谊会会长徐昌东等全球民间学者及国际组织为响应“一带一路”合作倡议而发起的国际民间节日，也是首个起源于东方国家、代表东方国家文化自信的国际民间节日。
Inspired by Master Hsing Yun's work The Power of Seeing Dreams, the "Belt and Road International Day" (December 16) was initiated by global scholars such as Chen Entian, great-grandson of Chen Duxiu, founder of the Communist Party of China, Ji Chaozhu, former Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ma Wenpu, former deputy director of the International Liaison Department of the Communist Party of China, Xu Changdong, president of the Entrepreneur Association of the European and American Returned Scholars Association. It celebrates the Belt and Road Initiative and serves as the first international folk festival originating from an Eastern country, symbolizing cultural confidence.

陈恩田表示：几年前，“一带一路”国际日志愿者总队留学生在联合国总部举办庆祝“一带一路”国际日活动，得到了联合国官员及纽约市民的支持。今年在浙江大学教授等帮助下，全球第一本电子蓝皮书《“一带一路”国际日蓝皮书》被翻译成联合国六种官方语言，现已全球发布。本人借归国参加论坛之机，向潘基文先生等联合国前官员表达感谢之意。潘基文先生点赞道：我已经看到，多少年来，你们一直在为梦想而努力。
Chen Entian stated: "Years ago, volunteers from the ‘Belt and Road International Day' celebrated the day at UN headquarters in New York, receiving support from UN officials and New Yorkers. This year, with assistance from Zhejiang University professors, the world's first electronic blue book, The Belt and Road International Day Blue Book, was translated into the six official UN languages and globally released. I take this opportunity to express gratitude to Mr. Ban Ki-moon and other former UN officials. Mr. Ban remarked: ‘I have witnessed your years of dedication to this dream.'"
