12月7日，距离第十一届“一带一路”国际日（2024年12月16日）还有9天，南合组织（新加坡）管理有限公司消息：以“科技文明与共建幸福的对话”为主题的“一带一路”高质量发展国际对话会在北京成功举办，本次对话旨在与科技界、文化教育界及社会各界探讨如何在数字经济系统发展的新时代，共同开创“一带一路”共建中城市可持续发展的新未来。
On December 7, 9 days before the 11th Belt and Road International Day (December 16, 2024), SSCO (Singapore) Management Co., Ltd. News: The International Dialogue on the High-Quality Development of the Belt and Road Initiative, with the theme of "Dialogue on Scientific and Technological Civilization and Building Happiness Together", was successfully held in Beijing, aiming to discuss with the scientific and technological circles, cultural and educational circles and all sectors of society how to jointly create a new future for the sustainable development of cities under the Belt and Road Initiative in the new era of digital economic system development.
本次对话由清华大学安雪晖教授主持，“一带一路”国际科学组织联盟（ANSO）创始主席白春礼，“一带一路”规划牵头起草人、丝路对话发起人欧晓理，“一带一路”国际科学组织联盟（ANSO）秘书长刘卫东，丝路对话创始人崔一婷，俄罗斯圣彼得堡国立经济大学驻中国及东盟国家特别代表金翼校长，APEC电子商务工商联盟专家委员会主席、对外经贸大学教授王健等嘉宾先后发言。
The dialogue was chaired by Professor An Xuehui of Tsinghua University, Bai Chunli, Founding Chairman of the Belt and Road Alliance of International Scientific Organizations (ANSO), Ou Xiaoli, the lead drafter of the Belt and Road Plan and the initiator of the Silk Road Dialogue, Liu Weidong, Secretary-General of the Alliance of International Scientific Organizations (ANSO) of the Belt and Road, Cui Yiting, Founder of the Silk Road Dialogue, President Jin Yi, Special Representative of St. Petersburg State University of Economics in China and ASEAN Countries, Chairman of the Expert Committee of the APEC E-commerce Business Alliance, Professor Wang Jian of the University of International Business and Economics and other guests spoke successively.
世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作委员会（简称南合组织）主席陈恩田对“一带一路”高质量发展国际对话会的成功举办表示祝贺，他说：我们期待高质量发展国际对话会能够逐步将共建“一带一路”延伸到国际民间，政治力量过后，民间力量必须跟进，“一带一路”国际合作是延续古代丝绸之路的千秋大业，我们必须明白，政治力量是启动力，民间力量才是永动力。
