This performance echoes both history and reality. In 801 AD, Prince Shu Nan Tuo of the PiaoGuo led the "PiaoGuo Orchestra" along the Southern Silk Road to Chang'an (modern-day Xi'an), bridging cultural exchanges between China and Myanmar through music and dance. The poet Bai Juyi immortalized this moment in his work PiaoGuo Music, writing: "A conch shell sounds, hair buns rise; a thousand drums beat, tattoos dance." In January 2020, before his visit to Myanmar, the Chinese leader published a signed article mentioning this millennium-spanning story of art diplomacy, injecting cultural strength into the friendship between China and Myanmar in the new era. The "PiaoGuo Orchestra" will not only present the classic repertoire of traditional music and dance in Myanmar, but also perform the theme works of earthquake relief that integrate the musical elements of China and Myanmar. As Prince Coco Chen Entian said: "From Prince Shu Nan Tuo to ambassadors of the new era, China and Myanmar have always been 'pauk-phaw sharing weal and woe.' When the ancient music rings again, we convey not just art, but also the belief in overcoming hardships together."

Prince Coco is an honorary title given to Mr. Chen Entian in recognition of his contributions as a Goodwill Ambassador for the Southern Silk Road and Global South. He currently serves as the Lifetime Senior Advisor of the Myanmar Art and Culture Association and Chairman of Myanmar Belt and Road Development Co., Ltd. The two Prince Coco Palaces in Myanmar symbolize people-to-people connectivity and serve as cultural exchange stations along the Southern Silk Road. Additionally, Chinese official media have revealed that Chen Entian's grandfather, Chen Guangmei, was the son of CPC founder Chen Duxiu and Gao Junman. From the Tang Dynasty's Chang'an to modern Beijing, and from the poetic verses of PiaoGuo Music to the anthem of earthquake relief, this millennia-old artistic dialogue continues to write a new chapter of China-Myanmar friendship—"A friendship as firm as gold and stone."
