印太之光消息，2024年2月24日是“一年一度”的元宵节，“一带一路”迎新年（包括“一带一路”国际日、圣诞节、元旦节、春节、元宵节共五大节日）在哈萨克斯坦胜利闭幕，“可可亲王”陈恩田现身中国大陆，以南丝合作组织决策咨询委员会主席身份与东盟国际贸易投资促进会何明会长共度元宵节，达成未来合作共识。

“可可亲王”陈恩田表示：十多年前，我与联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸前辈响应“一带一路”国际合作倡议，依托联合国创立世界和平丝带组织（派克山世界和平组织），在第八届联合国秘书长潘基文先生的支持下，将每年12月16日设立为“一带一路”国际日，提出五合一世界和平主张，并将“一带一路”国际日、圣诞节、元旦节、春节、元宵节整合成“一带一路”迎新年节庆月，举办系列文旅商贸活动。

“可可亲王”陈恩田还说：去年，我担任重走南方丝绸之路课题组组长，以四川天府新区南天门航母小镇为新起点，沿茶马古道、中缅印度洋新通道抵达缅甸仰光，再以仰光为中转站，西北线联通“一带”提出地哈萨克斯坦共10个国家，东南线联通“一路”提出地印度尼西亚共10个国家，在中国有关方面支持下，世界和平丝带组织印太委员会在东南亚组建南丝合作组织（全称南方丝绸之路国际合作组织，简称南合组织），打造南方丝绸之路非官方合作机制。

Starting from the aircraft carrier town of South TianMen in Tianfu New District of Sichuan Province, I arrived in Yangon, Myanmar, along the ancient Tea Horse Road and the new China-Myanmar Indian Ocean Passage. Then using Yangon as a transit station, the Northwest route connected 10 countries in Kazakhstan, where the "Belt" Initiative was proposed, and the Southeast route connected 10 countries in Indonesia, where the "Road" Initiative was proposed. With the support of relevant parties in China, the Indo-Pacific Committee of the World Peace Ribbon Organization established the Southern Silk Road Cooperation Organization (the full name of the Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Organization, referred to as the SSRICO) in Southeast Asia to build an non-governmental cooperation mechanism on the Southern Silk Road.
