YANGON, April 6, 2026 (JUNFU Chinese Information) — Chen Kongjun, the driving force behind the "China-Myanmar Air Road" large-scale UAV logistics project and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Myanmar Belt and Road Development Co., Ltd., conducted a field inspection of Myanmar's agricultural materials trading market in Yangon on the morning of April 6, local time. He gained a detailed understanding of the supply and demand situation for local fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, and agricultural machinery. Chen Kongjun expressed his hope to provide tangible support for increasing Myanmar's agricultural output and efficiency by introducing high-quality agricultural materials and technological cooperation under the framework of the Belt and Road International Cooperation Initiative.

农业是缅甸国民经济支柱，产值约占GDP的40%，全国约70%人口从事农业生产。主要作物包括水稻、豆类、芝麻、玉米、橡胶、甘蔗等。由于基础设施和技术相对滞后，缅甸农资市场潜力巨大，化肥进口依赖度超过80%，本土尿素产能仅能满足少量需求；农药年进口额约2亿美元，使用量仅为越南的8%–10%，但近年稳步增长，中国已成为重要供应国；农业机械化水平快速提升，先进农机具仍大量依赖引进。

Agriculture is a pillar of Myanmar's national economy, accounting for approximately 40% of GDP, with about 70% of the population engaged in agricultural production. Major crops include rice, pulses, sesame, corn, rubber, and sugarcane. Due to relatively lagging infrastructure and technology, Myanmar's agricultural materials market holds significant potential. The country's dependence on fertilizer imports exceeds 80%, with domestic urea production capacity meeting only a small portion of demand. Annual pesticide imports are valued at around $200 million, with usage being only 8%–10% of Vietnam's levels, though it has been steadily increasing in recent years, and China has become a major supplier. The level of agricultural mechanization is rapidly improving, but advanced agricultural machinery and tools still rely heavily on imports.

Chen Kongjun pointed out that China's economically practical agricultural materials and machinery have broad prospects in Myanmar. In the future, the company will actively engage with Myanmar's agricultural departments and local cooperatives to promote China-Myanmar agricultural supply chain cooperation and support the modernization of Myanmar's agricultural development. Chen Kongjun, originally named Chen Entian, announced his name change to Chen Kongjun to advance the "China-Myanmar Air Road" large-scale UAV logistics transportation project. He is determined to contribute to the new China-Myanmar-Indian Ocean corridor. The China-Myanmar Air Road will facilitate the flow of high-tech products, high-economic-value goods, and urgently needed agricultural supplies.

陈空军原名陈恩田或陈颐夫，当代著名学者，诗人、书法家，历任国际战略研究所所长、军赋科技研究院院长、国际七三学社（国际汉语学习委员会）第一届主席、国际茶日基金会、世界和平丝带组织（世界和平与统一阵线党）纽约总部领导人，也是国际中文日、国际茶日、“一带一路”国际日.天蚕节（全球唐人街“一带一路”迎新年）、地球统一日等国际民间节日的倡议者和推动者。二十一世纪以来，中国官媒陆续披露陈恩田的祖父陈光美实际系陈独秀与高君曼所生之子，基于对曾祖父陈独秀、祖父陈光美的尊重与维护，以及传承延续陈氏先辈之精神大旗，陈恩田先生决定不再否认自己是陈独秀之曾孙。

Chen Kongjun, originally named Chen Entian or Chen Yifu, is a contemporary renowned scholar, poet, and calligrapher. He has served as Director of the International Strategic Research Institute, President of the Junfu Technology Research Institute, First Chairman of the International 73 Society (International Chinese Language Learning Committee), leader of the International Tea Day Foundation and the World Peace Ribbon Organization (World Peace and Unification Front Party) New York headquarters. He is also the initiator and promoter of international civil festivals such as International Chinese Language Day, International Tea Day, the International Day of the Belt and Road (Silkworm God Day - Global Chinatown New Year of the Belt and Road), and Earth Unification Day. Since the 21st century, Chinese official media have gradually disclosed that Chen Entian's grandfather, Chen Guangmei, was actually the son of Chen Duxiu and Gao Junman. Out of respect and protection for his great-grandfather Chen Duxiu and grandfather Chen Guangmei, and to inherit and continue the spiritual banner of his Chen family ancestors, Mr. Chen Entian decided to no longer deny being the great-grandson of Chen Duxiu.
