内比都当地时间2025年10月12日，距离第十二届“一带一路”国际日还有65天，“中缅空路”低空无人机物流运输项目研讨会在云端举行。本次研讨会由缅甸“一带一路”发展有限公司主办，印太烟草有限公司等单位协办。第十二届“一带一路”国际日暨全球唐人街“一带一路”迎新年组委会主席、缅甸“一带一路”发展有限公司第二届董事局负责人陈空军（陈恩田）受邀在研讨会上作主题发言。

On October 12, 2025, in Nay Pyi Taw local time, 65 days ahead of the 12th Belt and Road International Day, the "China-Myanmar Sky Road" low-altitude drone logistics transport project seminar was held online. The seminar was hosted by Myanmar Belt and Road Development Co., Ltd. and co-organized by enterprises including the Indo-Pacific Tobacco Co., Ltd. Chen Kongjun (Chen Entian), Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the 12th Belt and Road International Day and Global Chinatown Belt and Road New Year Celebration, and head of the second board of directors of Myanmar Belt and Road Development Co., Ltd., was invited to deliver a keynote speech at the seminar .

陈恩田在发言中明确指出，缅甸“一带一路”发展有限公司经过两年多对大型无人机性能、航空线路规划及沿线气象地理条件的深入考察与调研，确认“中缅空路”项目切实可行。该线路规划从中国云南景洪起始，连接缅甸内比都，并延伸至皎漂、仰光等印度洋沿岸港口，旨在构建一条高效、安全的空中物流新通道。

In his speech, Chen Entian clearly stated that after more than two years of in-depth investigation and research on the performance of large drones, aviation route planning, and meteorological and geographical conditions along the route, Myanmar Belt and Road Development Co., Ltd. has confirmed the feasibility of the "China-Myanmar Sky Road" project. The planned route starts from Jinghong, Yunnan, China, connects to Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar, and extends to ports along the Indian Ocean such as Kyaukpyu and Yangon, aiming to establish an efficient and safe new aerial logistics channel .

陈空军（陈恩田）强调，此项目将有效助推中缅印度洋新通道建设，成为继“中老铁路”之后，南方丝绸之路上的又一标志性物流运输项目。他预计，“中缅空路”不仅能为两国政府创造可观的关税收入，造福人民，更将为缅甸的经济繁荣与和平稳定注入新动力。该航线设计巧妙避开了缅北敏感地区，主要服务于高科技、高价值、快速急需物资的运输需求，国内端可与中老铁路无缝对接，海外端则直通印度洋海运网络。

Chen Kongjun (Chen Entian) emphasized that this project will effectively boost the construction of the New China-Myanmar Indian Ocean Channel and become another landmark logistics transport project on the Southern Silk Road, following the China-Laos Railway. He anticipates that the "China-Myanmar Sky Road" will not only generate considerable tariff revenue for the governments of both countries, benefiting the people, but also inject new momentum into Myanmar's economic prosperity and peace stability. The route is ingeniously designed to avoid sensitive areas in northern Myanmar, primarily serving the transport needs of high-tech, high-value, and urgently required materials. Domestically, it can seamlessly connect with the China-Laos Railway, while overseas, it directly links to the Indian Ocean maritime network .
