本次峰会主题为“携手推进现代化，共筑高水平中非命运共同体”。中非合作论坛非方成员领导人，有关非洲地区组织和国际组织代表将出席峰会有关活动。
The theme of the summit is “ jointly advancing modernization and building a high-level China-Africa community with a shared future”. Leaders of members of the African side of FOCAC, as well as representatives of relevant African regional and international organizations, will attend the Summit.
世界和平丝带组织（世界和平与统一阵线）南方丝绸之路国际合作委员会等国际和平组织、NGO致信表达祝贺，预祝论坛峰会圆满成功，取得丰硕成果，预祝中非在新的历史时期，携手共筑命运共同体，造福中非人民。
International peace organizations and NGOs, including the Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Committee of the World Peace Ribbon Organization (World Peace and United Front), sent congratulatory letters to the summit. They wished the Summit every success and fruitful outcome, and wished that China and Africa would join hands to build a community with a shared future for the benefit of the people of China and Africa in the new historical period.
