美国众议院宣布成立特别调查委员会，
调查总统抗疫不力、麻痹大意的情况，

总统阁下，女士们、先生们：
今天是公元2020年4月23日，距中国武汉宣布封城刚好三个月。武汉封城标志着世界人民抗击病毒大战全面爆发，这场战争已经导致全球260多万人患病，18万余人死亡。此时此刻，让我们哀悼所有被病毒攻击而遇难的人民。
世界和平丝带组织作为“争取和平世界、传递和平理念”的国际组织，始终和世界人民站在一起，我们完全赞同联合国秘书长古特雷斯先生的呼吁：这是一个讲科学、求团结的时刻。全世界必须团结一致，共同抗御这个另类疾病。
为总结这场战争的失败教训与成功经验，倡议世界各国团结协作、共同对敌，为人类争取世界和平，打赢这场“抗击病毒、捍卫生命”的全面战争。世界和平丝带组织今天在美国纽约向全球发布《2020年世界人民抗击病毒大战报告》。
作为世界和平丝带组织的联席会议召集人，我想告诉世界各国人民，我的讲话不会倾向于任何国家。中国是我的祖国，美国也是我们的国家，我热爱中国也热爱美国，更热爱这个人类星球，热爱每一个国家和人民，祈愿世界和平安定。
然而，令人遗憾的是，世界人民抗击病毒还没有结束，有些人不是专心致志抗击病毒，而是甩锅嫁祸，制造内乱，让人怀疑灾难背后或许真的有阴谋。几日前，总统阁下声称要派人调查中国武汉病毒所，称中方应该承担相应的后果。
同时，我们的议员发起了一项议案，要求允许美国公民和美国地方政府就所谓中国误导世卫组织而导致全球性疫情蔓延起诉中国政府。这是一种什么行为呢？这是一种赤裸裸地鼓励反华势力对中国群起而攻之的无耻无赖流氓行为。
我对中方是否欢迎总统阁下调查武汉病毒所并无兴趣，但我想知道，总统阁下甩锅嫁祸能够得到什么？两名议员的流氓行为能够得到什么？难道病毒会因为美国调查武汉病毒所闻风而逃，还是说起诉中国可以取得抗疫的伟大胜利。
世界都清楚，我们美国人民是这次战争的最大受害者，我们非常勇敢和坚强，美国人民默默地抗争了半年之久，已经失去了许许多多的生命。而总统阁下呢？除了麻痹大意，抗疫不力，还勾心斗角，甩锅嫁祸，甚至将病毒视作盟友。
上帝在看着我们，今天的检测数据已经证明美国是这场病毒的总部，总统阁下确定自己不知道美国去年发生了流感？我们理解总统阁下基于守护本国利益、避免本国恐慌、维护本国安定。但是，上帝会惩罚不诚实、甩锅嫁祸的孩子。
总统阁下确定不知道中国所谓的“新冠肺炎”就是美国早已爆发的“冠状病毒流感”？确定不知道美国某些人将病毒带到中国去引爆，然后搜集如方方日记之类的所谓民间证据，将这场病毒嫁祸给中国，污蔑中国是生化病毒制造者？
总统阁下的甩锅嫁祸行为，有中国内部的配合，或许能够圆满成功。不明真相的各国民众开始排华，总统阁下亲率八十国联军去攻打中国，要求中国割地赔款。这样，更多的美国人和中国人陷入战争失去生命，上帝会宽恕我们吗？
病毒是人类的公敌，世界还没有发生过恶意将病毒嫁祸他国并要求赔偿的先例。但是，在总统阁下的挑唆和鼓励下，各国效仿，开启甩锅嫁祸的互斗模式。我们为何不可以尊重国人生命，共克时艰，共同抗击病毒，早日取得胜利呢？
世界和平丝带组织将坚决反对世界任何政府、组织和个人因本国抗击病毒不力而转移国内矛盾，要求他国他人赔偿所谓经济损失或生命损失的无赖无耻行为，这些错误行为不仅无助于抗击病毒，反而对世界和平稳定构成威胁。
最后，我们倡议将每年1月23日作为“世界人民抗击病毒纪念日”，我们倡议在武汉建立“世界人民抗击病毒纪念碑”，我们倡议向最早被病毒攻击的美国人民致敬，我们倡议向最早报告病毒、最早抗击病毒的中国人民致敬。

《2020年世界人民抗击病毒大战报告》由世界和平丝带组织科学组撰写，定于2020年4月23日在纽约向全球公开发布第一部分（1月23日至4月23日）报告内容，讲述这场世界人民抗击病毒大战的基本情况，总结失败教训与成功经验，引导世界人民正确认识病毒的战斗力和破坏力，剖析病毒进攻人类的战略战术特点，倡议世界各国团结协作、共同对敌，为人类争取世界和平，打赢这场“抗击病毒、捍卫生命”的全面战争，提供参考建议。
1.Introduction to the report
Report on World People’s Fight Against Virus in 2020 was written by the Scientific Group of the World Peace Ribbon Organization and the first part (January 23 to April 23) is scheduled to be released to the public in New York on April 23, 2020. The first part will tell the basic situation of the fight, summarize the failure lessons and successful experiences, guide the world people to correctly understand the fighting and destructive power of the virus as well as analyze strategic and tactical characteristics of the virus attacking human beings. It is recommended that all countries in the world unite and work together to fight against the virus. And some references and suggestions are provided for human beings to strive for world peace and win this all-out war of “fighting against viruses and defending lives”.
2020年初，世界和平丝带组织联席主席陈恩田先生回到中国过春节，一场令中国惶恐不安的“新冠病毒”事件突然降临。就在这时，美国疾控中心关于“病毒流感导致大量美国人死亡的报告”引起了陈恩田的警觉。美国流感不传染外国人吗？不会传播到世界各地吗？难道中国专家错把从美国流窜过来作案的“病毒”当作医学新发现新成果？陈恩田建议世界和平丝带组织成立科学组，并调动自己的老部下——国际七三学社的成员和北京圣佩清医学研究院的成员，对在美国爆发的“流感”和在武汉爆发的“肺炎”进行并案调查，从而证实两种疾病症状相同，破坏力相同，病毒属于同种或同类，“坏蛋”的国际同伙真的暗藏在美国吗？本着慎重起见，以求多方证实，陈恩田建议俄罗斯、日本等医学情报机关对美国爆发的“流感”进行调查，多方证实病毒属于同种或同类。随后，日本朝日电视台向全球公开报道，提醒美国爆发的“流感”中含有大量“新冠”。
