Naypyidaw, April 11, 2026 – Senior executives of Myanmar Belt and Road Development Co., Ltd., including its Board Chairman Chen Kongjun (Chen Entian), a key promoter of the "China-Myanmar Air Road" large-scale drone logistics transportation project, arrived in Naypyidaw to congratulate the establishment of the new National Defense and Security Committee (NDSC) of the Union of Myanmar.

关于组建国防与安全委员会

On the Formation of the National Defense and Security Committee

1、根据《缅甸联邦共和国宪法》第 201 条以及《联邦政府法》第 10 （a）条，现组建由以下人员构成的国防与安全委员会（NDSC）：

1、In accordance with Article 201 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and Section 10 (a) of the Union Government Law, the National Defense and Security Committee (NDSC) is hereby formed, comprising the following members:

（1）吴敏昂莱（U Min Aung Hlaing） – 总统President

（2）吴纽梭（U Nyo Saw） – 副总统Vice President

（3）南尼尼埃（Nan Ni Ni Aye） – 副总统Vice President

（4）吴钦益（U Khin Yi）– 人民院（PyithuHluttaw）议长Speaker of the Pyithu Hluttaw (House of Representatives)

（5）吴昂林兑（U Aung Lin Dwe） – 民族院（AmyothaHluttaw）议长Speaker of the Amyotha Hluttaw (House of Nationalities)

（6）耶温乌（Ye Win Oo）上将 – 国防总司令Commander-in-Chief of Defense Services

（7）觉刷林（KyawSwa Lin）上将 – 国防副总司令Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defense Services

（8）吞昂（Tun Aung）上将 – 国防部联邦部长Union Minister for Defense

（9）吴丁貌瑞（U Tin MaungSwe）– 外交部联邦部长Union Minister for Foreign Affairs

（10）纽温瑞（Nyunt Win Swe）中将 – 内政部联邦部长Union Minister for Home Affairs

（11）蓬妙（Phone Myat）中将 – 边境事务部联邦部长Union Minister for Border Affairs

2、根据《联邦政府法》第 10 （b）条，联邦政府秘书依职权兼任国防与安全委员会秘书。

2、In accordance with Section 10 (b) of the Union Government Law, the Secretary of the Union Government shall serve ex officio as the Secretary of the National Defense and Security Committee.
