2024年10月13日，距离“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）还有63天，南合组织（新加坡）管理有限公司消息：“一带一路”国际智库合作论坛暨第二届丝绸之路（西安）国际传播大会系列活动在西安拉开帷幕。“一带一路”沿线国家前政要、智库学者、海外主流媒体负责人和知名人士等300余位中外嘉宾齐聚西安，共襄盛举，与会嘉宾盛赞“一带一路”国际日是世界智库与媒体传播成功的典范。
October 13, 2024, 63 days before the Belt and Road International Day (December 16). SSCO (Singapore) Management Pte Ltd News: the Belt and Road Forum For International Think Tank Cooperation and the 2nd Silk Road (Xi’an) International Communication Forum kicked off in Xi'an. More than 300 Chinese and foreign guests, including former dignitaries, think tank scholars, heads of overseas mainstream media and celebrities from countries along the “Belt and Road”, gathered in Xi'an to participate in the forum. The guests praised the Belt and Road International Day as a successful example of world's think tanks and media communication.
世界和平丝带组织“一带一路”国际日基金会理事长、世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路国际合作委员会（简称南合组织）主席陈恩田致信祝贺“一带一路”国际智库合作论坛暨第二届丝绸之路（西安）国际传播大会，并感谢“一带一路”沿线国家智库和媒体助推“一带一路”国际日。陈恩田说：时至今日，“一带一路”国际日迅速崛起成为全球瞩目的国际民间节日，并获得世界智库与媒体传播金奖，离不开“一带一路”沿线国家智库媒体朋友的积极传播和大力支持。
Chen Entian, chairman of the Foundation of the Belt and Road International Day of World Peace Ribbon Organization, chairman of Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Committee (SSCO) of World Peace Ribbon Organization, sent a congratulatory letter on the Belt and Road Forum For International Think Tank Cooperation and the 2nd Silk Road (Xi’an) International Communication Forum, and expressed his appreciation to the think tanks and media of the countries along the Belt and Road for promoting the Belt and Road International Day. Chen Entian said, Today, the “Belt and Road” International Day is rapidly emerging as an international folk festival of global significance. It won the Gold Medal of World Think Tanks and Media Communication. Its success could not have been achieved without the active dissemination and strong support from think tanks and media in countries along the “Belt and Road”.
陈恩田表示：10多年前，我与联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸前辈，团结全球支持“一带一路”的学者，依托联合国创立世界和平丝带组织暨世界和平与统一阵线，提出五合一世界和平主张，将每年12月16日设立为“一带一路”国际日，得到了时任联合国秘书长潘基文、时任联合国教科文组织总干事博科娃等国际友人的关心支持。衷心希望“一带一路”沿线国家智库媒体朋友，一如既往支持“一带一路”国际日的传播。
Chen Entian said, more than 10 years ago, former United Nations Under-Secretary-General Ji Chaozhu and I, together with scholars from around the world who support the Belt and Road Initiative, founded the World Peace Ribbon Organization and the World Peace and United Front on the basis of the United Nations, put forward the Five-in-One Proposal for World Peace, and designated December 16 as the Belt and Road International Day. Which received the interest and support of international friends such as the then Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, and the then Director-General of UNESCO, Bokova. We sincerely hope that the think tanks and media of the countries along the Belt and Road will support the dissemination of the Belt and Road International Day as they have done in the past.
