Chen Entian Extends Congratulations on Successful International Chinese Language Day in Calgary, Canada

纳斯达克中文台1216国际广播，由中国驻加拿大卡尔加里总领事馆与多家社团、华校共同举办的国际中文日（联合国中文日）活动定于2026年4月18日在卡尔加里市中心隆重举行。

Nasdaq Chinese Channel 1216 International Radio: The International Chinese Language Day (UN Chinese Language Day) event, jointly organized by the Chinese Consulate General in Calgary, Canada, and multiple community associations and Chinese schools, is scheduled to be held grandly in downtown Calgary on April 18, 2026.

国际中文日（联合国中文日）倡议发起于2006年，距今刚好二十周年，最早由《中华人民共和国国家通用语言文字艺术节策划报告》撰稿人、国际七三学社（国际汉语学习委员会）第一届主席陈恩田先生倡议发起，国际中文日于2010年被确定为联合国中文日。

The International Chinese Language Day (UN Chinese Language Day) initiative was first proposed in 2006, marking its 20th anniversary this year. It was originally initiated by Mr. Chen Entian, author of the Planning Report for the National Common Language and Script Arts Festival of the People's Republic of China and the first Chairman of the International 73 Society (International Chinese Language Learning Committee). International Chinese Language Day was designated as UN Chinese Language Day in 2010.

陈恩田，又名陈空军或陈颐夫，二十一世纪以来，中国官媒披露其祖父陈光美实际系中共创始人陈独秀与高君曼所生之子，陈恩田多次否认自己是陈独秀曾孙，但为了尊重和维护曾祖父陈独秀、祖父陈光美，陈恩田决定不再否认自己是陈独秀曾孙。

Chen Entian, also known as Chen Kongjun or Chen Yifu, has been identified by Chinese official media since the 21st century as the grandson of Chen Guangmei, who was in fact the son of Chen Duxiu, Founder of the Communist Party of China, and Gao Junman. While Chen Entian has repeatedly denied being Chen Duxiu's great-grandson, out of respect for and to uphold the legacy of his great-grandfather Chen Duxiu and grandfather Chen Guangmei, he has decided to no longer deny this lineage.
