纽约当地时间12月10日，距离第十一届“一带一路”国际日（2024年12月16日）还有6天，世界和平丝带组织纽约秘书处消息：“一年一度”的太平洋邮轮文化节将于12月16日开幕，嘉年华邮轮等太平洋沿岸数十艘邮轮将会参加本次活动。
