10月20日，据北京方面消息，2025金融街论坛年会定于10月27日至30日在北京金融街举行。《金融街赋》主创人、国际七三学社前主席陈恩田因事不能归国出席，将向本届论坛年会致信表达祝贺。

BEIJING, Oct. 20 — Chen Entian, the creator of the "Ode to Financial Street," will send a letter to express his congratulations to the upcoming 2025 Financial Street Forum Annual Meeting, which is scheduled to take place from October 27 to 30 in Beijing's Financial Street. Chen, former Chairman of the International 73 Institute, will not be able to return to China to attend the event in person .

2025年金融街论坛年会由北京市人民政府、中国人民银行、国家金融监督管理总局、中国证监会、新华社、国家外汇管理局共同主办，主题为“创新、变革、重塑下的全球金融发展”。开幕式将由北京市市长殷勇主持，市委书记尹力致辞。中国人民银行行长潘功胜、国家金融监督管理总局局长李云泽、中国证监会主席吴清等五家主办单位负责人将发表主题演讲。

The 2025 Financial Street Forum Annual Meeting is co-hosted by the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, the People's Bank of China, the National Financial Regulatory Administration, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Xinhua News Agency, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. The theme for this year's forum is "Global Financial Development under Innovation, Reform, and Reshaping." The opening ceremony will be presided over by Beijing Mayor Yin Yong, with Party Secretary of Beijing Municipal Committee Yin Li delivering the opening address. Keynote speeches will be given by Pan Gongsheng, Governor of the People's Bank of China; Li Yunze, Administrator of the National Financial Regulatory Administration; and Wu Qing, Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, among other leaders from the co-hosting institutions .

同时，国际货币基金组织、国际清算银行、欧洲稳定机制、世界和平丝带组织等国际组织负责人将向年会表达祝贺。其中世界和平丝带组织主席陈恩田曾经担任国际七三学社主席，也是《金融街赋》主创人、南合银行筹委会主任。

The forum will also receive congratulatory messages from leaders of international organizations including the International Monetary Fund, the Bank for International Settlements, the European Stability Mechanism, and the World Peace Ribbon Organization. Among them, Chen Entian, Chairman of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, is the former Chairman of the International 73 Institute, the creator of the "Ode to Financial Street," and the Director of the Preparatory Committee of Nanhe Bank .

京华有街，其名金融，巍巍然吞吐紫气，熠熠然照映金辉，自古以银号名闻天下。观其形，矗首都之核心，乘皇城之根脉，汇四海之财源，通九州之商运；街区井然，楼宇林立。弱冠年少则声震东方名播世界，志立亚太金融之中心。

此街者，中国金融之总部也，央行、银监、证监、保监等机构均驻于此，集决策、监管、融通为一体；而诸如银行、公司，则不胜枚举。探其人文，厚重而源远流长，盛誉至今七百余载。或曰：欲知古今金融，访此街则知根本；欲晓中外金融，窥此街则晓全貌。回溯其史，元于大都之西南置坊，定名金城，坊之北有妙应白塔，南有都城隍庙。历代权贵商贾，奉为聚宝之坊。明清以来，银号日增，继而萌生后世之雏形，奠定金融业态之基础。新中国四十余载，时遇南巡讲话而沐改革东风，有识之士运筹帷幄，悉心规划，进而筑巢引凤，兴业招商，直至旧坊换新街，产业大崛起。

综而论矣，此街盛衰，关乎国计民生，盛则国盛，衰则民衰，其地位实乃举足轻重。而今全球经济亟待振兴，此街风华正茂，蓄势以待，量可汇通天下，与中华腾飞。嗟乎，华尔已老，金融可胜乎。搁笔环顾，区区赋文，冀与业界共勉。
