本届大会由人民日报社、全国工商联指导，福州市政府、环球时报社、福建省工商联、福州新区管委会、福建自贸区福州片区管委会主办，环球网、福州市政府新闻办、市工商联共同承办。吸引来自美国、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、老挝、西班牙、斯洛文尼亚、意大利、亚美尼亚、印尼、汤加等国家及地区200多个商协会的1000余名嘉宾参会。
The conference was guided by People's Daily and All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, hosted by Fuzhou Municipal Government, Global Times, Fujian Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Fuzhou New Area Administrative Committee, Fuzhou Free Trade Zone Administrative Committee, and co-hosted by HuanQiu.com, Fuzhou Municipal Government Information Office and Fuzhou Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce.
