（世界日报中文网消息）近日，中国科技前沿有关人士透露，在全球领域专注于特殊安防领域的军赋科技研究院，在蛰伏十六年默默无闻，潜心钻研与技术积累后，一项重大的特殊科研成果已成熟，并计划以此为核心基础，组建一家市场估值潜力巨大的独角兽企业。这一举措标志着其研发工作进入重要的成果转化与市场开拓新阶段。

(World Journal Chinese Website News) Recent insights from China's tech frontier reveal that the Junfu Institute of Science and Technology, which has focused globally on specialized security fields, has matured a major breakthrough after sixteen years of dedicated research and technological accumulation. The institute plans to leverage this achievement as a core foundation to establish a unicorn enterprise with immense market valuation potential. This move marks a significant new phase in transforming its R&D outcomes into market-ready applications.

军赋科技研究院自2009年整合重组以来，始终致力于防弹、防爆、防辐射、防坠毁等尖端特殊安防产品的研发工作，作为涉密科研机构，其研发活动一直保持低调。军纪委原副书记、天诚公司第一任党委书记陈为松将军曾经担任荣誉院长，原总装计划部张宁阳将军、国际战略研究所陈恩田所长等先后担任院领导。研究院体系内设覆盖北方、西南、东南、中南、海南及国际信息的六大研究所，构建了完整的科研布局。其对外合作平台——军赋科技有限公司，长期负责技术成果的产业化推进与国际交流合作。近年来，军赋科技研究院通过军赋科技有限公司在南方丝绸之路及全球南方也有布局，如投资“一带一路”国际民间合作项目库管理有限公司，支持印太烟草有限公司、缅甸“一带一路”发展有限公司发起“中缅空路”低空无人机物流运输项目等，甚至与南合组织（新加坡）管理有限公司发起组建南合银行（南合基金）等。

Since its integration and restructuring in 2009, the Junfu Institute of Science and Technology has consistently dedicated itself to the R&D of cutting-edge security products, including bulletproof, explosion-proof, radiation-proof, and crash-proof technologies. As a confidential research institution, its activities have maintained a low profile. General Chen Weisong, former Deputy Secretary of the Military Commission for Discipline Inspection and first Party Committee Secretary of Tiancheng Company, once served as its Honorary President. General Zhang Ningyang, former head of the General Armament Department's Planning Bureau, and Chen Entian, Director of the International Strategy Institute, have also successively held leadership roles at the institute. The institute’s system includes six research divisions covering Northern, Southwestern, Southeastern, Central Southern, Hainan, and International Information sectors, forming a comprehensive scientific layout. Its external cooperation platform—Junfu Technology Co., Ltd.—has long been responsible for promoting the industrialization of technological achievements and fostering international exchange and collaboration. In recent years, through Junfu Technology Co., Ltd., the institute has expanded its presence along the Southern Silk Road and the Global South, such as investing in the "Belt and Road" International Civil Cooperation Project Library Management Co., Ltd., supporting Indo-Pacific Tobacco Co., Ltd. and Myanmar’s "Belt and Road" Development Co., Ltd. in launching the "China-Myanmar Air Route" low-altitude drone logistics transport project. It has also collaborated with the SSCO(Singapore) Management Co., Ltd. to establish the SSCO Bank (SSCO Fund).

This step shows that the institute’s robust independent R&D Achievements will be tested and create value in a broader market space, potentially exerting a positive and far-reaching impact on China’s technological advancement and industrial development in the special security sector. Mr. Chen Entian, the current president of the Junfu Institute of Science and Technology, also serves as Chairman of the Belt and Road International Day and as a Goodwill Ambassador for International Civil Cooperation. He expressed hope that Junfu’s scientific achievements will serve the "Belt and Road" initiative and benefit people around the world.
