12月1日,距离第十一届“一带一路”国际日(2024年12月16日)还有15天,南合组织(新加坡)管理有限公司消息:第61届亚太影展在马来西亚云顶高原落下帷幕,最佳电影由泰国影片《姥姥的外孙》(How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies)摘得。香港导演陈茂贤凭借电影《破•地狱》荣获最佳导演奖。世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作委员会(简称南合组织)主席陈恩田致信祝贺,同时希望香港将军澳世界电影小镇与亚太影展建立良好关系,为延续邵逸夫先生的电影事业共同努力。

本届亚太影展获奖名单中,泰国新生代演员马群耀(Putthipong Assaratanakul)凭《姥姥的外孙》荣获最佳男主角,中国香港演员卫诗雅则凭借在《破•地狱》中对女性坚韧力量的生动诠释,摘得最佳女主角桂冠。马来西亚演员吕杨以在《雨城》中富有层次感的表演获得最佳男配角奖;Azira Shafinaz则因《Indera》中对角色细腻情感的自然流露,荣膺最佳女配角。香港影片《破•地狱》斩获最佳电影剪接和最佳美术指导两项大奖。印度影片《Padatik》获得了最佳原创配乐和最佳化妆与服装设计。中国台湾影片《疫起》凭借扎实的制作水准,一举夺得最佳音效与最佳视觉特效。菲律宾影片《Blue Room》凭借令人目不转睛的动作场面获得最佳动作设计;印尼电影《Woman From Rote Island》通过Joseph Christoforus Fofid的卓越摄影技术,夺得了最佳摄影。《姥姥的外孙》的编剧团队Thodsapon Thiptinnakorn与Pat Boonnitipat则凭借其饱含情感与深意的叙事创作,荣获最佳原创剧本。评审团特别奖授予了马来西亚的《Emp4t》和越南的《Side-Seeing The Movie》。
In the list of winners of this year's Asia-Pacific Film Festival, Thai new generation actor Putthipong Assaratanakul won the best actor for "How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies". Hong Kong-based actress Wai Sze-nga won the Best Actress crown for her vivid interpretation of women's tenacity in "Broken Hell". Malaysian actor Lu Yang won the Best Supporting Actor award for his layered performance in "Rain City"; Azira Shafinaz won Best Supporting Actress for her natural expression of the character's delicate emotions in "Indera". The Hong Kong film "Broken Hell" won two awards: Best Film Editing and Best Art Direction. The Indian film "Padatik" won Best Original Score and Best Makeup and Costume Design. The Taiwanese film "The Epidemic" won the best sound and best visual effects in one fell swoop with its solid production standards. The Filipino film "Blue Room" won best action design for its eye-catching action scenes; The Indonesian film "Woman From Rote Island" won the best cinematography through the cinematography of Joseph Christoforus Fofid. Thodsapon Thiptinnakorn and Pat Boonnitipat, the writers of Grandma's Grandson, won Best Original Screenplay for their emotional and meaningful storytelling. The Special Jury Prize was awarded to Malaysia's Emp4t and Vietnam's Side-Seeing The Movie.

In addition, Hong Kong filmmaker Sammo Hung won the Lifetime Achievement Award at this year's IFFAM for his brilliant film career and outstanding contribution to Asia-Pacific cinema. Huang Baiming won the Asia-Pacific Outstanding Filmmaker Award for his outstanding achievements in film production, screenwriting and cultural promotion. The Chinese film "Wo Long and Phoenix Chicks" won the Best New Media Award, and the Malaysian short film "The Lonely Piano" won the Best Short Video Award for its in-depth exploration of the theme of loneliness. The Asia-Pacific Film Festival has a history of 71 years, co-founded by contemporary film tycoon Run Run Shaw and Masaichi Nagata, the godfather of Japanese cinema. As the annual event of the Asia-Pacific Film Producers Alliance, it is the only authoritative international film festival in the Asia-Pacific region.
