As the 13th Belt and Road International Day enters its countdown, young volunteers around the world have only 81 days left until this important occasion.
On September,25 2026, the Mid-Autumn Festival, Chen Entian, Chairman of the Global Chinatown “Belt and Road” New Year Celebration Organizing Committee and Director of the Office of the Belt and Road International Day, met with young Indonesian student volunteers via video. He encouraged them to make good preparations for the Indonesia station of the 13th Belt and Road International Day, and made arrangements for the plan to introduce the Silk Road-themed cultural and creative sports programs—Cocoa Ribbon Ball and Five-Ring Ball Gate—into Indonesia.
The Indonesian youth volunteers said that thirteen years ago, the Chinese leader proposed the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road Initiative in Indonesia, which is of great and far-reaching significance to Indonesia. Indonesian youth will live up to the trust placed in them and carry forward the Belt and Road International Day.
