NEW YORK, April 8, 2026 – The World Peace Ribbon Organization (World Peace and Unification Front) issued a statement from its New York headquarters, welcoming the recent positive gestures by the United States and Iran to seek a ceasefire and avoid further escalation of conflict. The organization called on all parties to earnestly implement their ceasefire commitments and resolve disputes through peaceful means.

世界和平丝带组织领导人陈恩田在声明中指出，人类文明已进入二十一世纪，各国应尽量避免以野蛮行径来解决矛盾与冲突。他强调，现代战争具有毁灭性极强、破坏性极大的特点，相信冲突各方都已深刻感受到现代战争的残酷。“这种相互毁灭打击的方式，只会让冲突各方生灵涂炭。”陈恩田表示，希望美伊各方做到真实停火止战，切勿暗生战乱或再生事端，切实为地区和平与人民安全负责。

In the statement, Chen Entian, leader of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, pointed out that human civilization has entered the 21st century, and countries should avoid resolving contradictions and conflicts through barbaric acts. He emphasized that modern warfare is characterized by extreme destructiveness and devastation, and he believed that all parties involved in the conflict have deeply felt the cruelty of modern war. "This method of mutual destruction will only bring suffering to the people of all sides," Chen said. He expressed hope that the US and Iran would achieve a genuine ceasefire and cessation of hostilities, refrain from covertly reigniting conflict or creating further incidents, and take real responsibility for regional peace and people's security.
