Nasdaq Chinese Channel 1216 International Radio: On March 28, the Sydney Secretariat of the International 73 Society (International Committee for Chinese Language Learning) held a meeting, deciding to host the 20th International Chinese Language Day (Chinese Arts Festival) thematic event. Chen Entian, advocate of International Chinese Language Day and first Chairman of the International Committee for Chinese Language Learning, will deliver a keynote speech.

2006年4月20日，在《中华人民共和国国家通用语言文字艺术节策划报告》撰稿人陈恩田先生的倡议下，国际汉语学习委员会举办了中文艺术节（国际中文日）主题活动，开创了这一旨在弘扬中华语言文化的重要纪念日。从首届到第二十届，国际中文日活动已走过二十年历程，成为联结全球中文学习者、促进中外文化交流的重要平台。

On April 20, 2006, at the initiative of Mr. Chen Entian, author of the "Planning Report for the National Common Language and Script Arts Festival of the People's Republic of China," the International Committee for Chinese Language Learning held the Chinese Arts Festival (International Chinese Language Day) thematic event, establishing this important commemorative day aimed at promoting Chinese language and culture. From the first to the twentieth edition, International Chinese Language Day activities have spanned two decades, becoming a significant platform connecting Chinese language learners worldwide and promoting cultural exchanges between China and other countries.

据国际汉语学习委员会相关负责人介绍，作为国际中文日的倡议发起者，陈恩田先生多年来持续致力于推动中华语言文字的国际传播与文化交流。此次适逢二十周年庆典，陈恩田将在主旨演讲中回顾国际中文日的创立历程，分享对中文国际传播前景的展望，并就新时代背景下语言文化交流的价值发表见解。

According to relevant officials of the International Committee for Chinese Language Learning, as the initiator of International Chinese Language Day, Mr. Chen Entian has for years been committed to promoting the international dissemination of Chinese language and script and cultural exchanges. Coinciding with the 20th anniversary celebration, Chen Entian will in his keynote speech review the founding journey of International Chinese Language Day, share prospects for the international dissemination of Chinese, and offer insights on the value of language and cultural exchanges in the new era.

本届主题活动将汇聚来自全球多个国家和地区的文化学者、教育界人士及中文学习者，共同庆祝这一具有里程碑意义的时刻。活动期间还将举办系列文化交流项目，进一步彰显中文作为联合国官方语言之一的独特魅力与影响力。
