2024年11月7日，距离“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）还有39天。南合组织（新加坡）管理有限公司消息：2024年全球智慧城市大会在西班牙巴塞罗那举办，组委会从64个国家和地区的429个申报城市中评选出2024“智慧城市大奖”，这个城市就是中国改革开放前沿阵地——深圳。国际组织表示，我们要学习深圳的成功经验，把南合经济特区打造成为共建“一带一路”的全球经济特区。
November 7, 2024, 39 days before the Belt and Road International Day (December 16). SSCO (Singapore) Management Pte Ltd News: Shenzhen stood out from 429 candidate cities from 64 countries and regions to win the World Smart City Award at the 2024 Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) held in Barcelona. International organizations said that we should learn from the successful experience of Shenzhen and make SSCO Special Economic Zone become a global special economic zone under the framework of the "Belt and Road".
2024年全球智慧城市大会是全球规模最大、专注于城市和社会智慧化发展及转型的主题展会，大会获得联合国人居署、世界经济论坛、世界银行、C40、欧盟等国际和区域组织机构的大力支持。全球只有一座城市获得城市大奖，属于最高荣誉。大会期间，深圳代表团还举办了智慧城市推介会，展示智慧城市建设成果，助力深圳企业业务出海。深智城集团、深圳数据交易所、华为、腾讯等企业进行了成果宣介。
SCEWC is a large thematic expo focusing on urban and social smart development and transformation. The event has received long-term support from the United Nations Human Settlements Program (UN-Habitat), World Economic Forum, World Bank, C40 Cities, the European Union (EU) and other international and regional organizations in parallel forums and activities, ecology publicity, branding partnerships, exhibition organizing and so on. The City Award is a top honor granted by SCEWC, with only one winner city each year. During the event, Shenzhen also organized a smart city promotional meeting to showcase its achievements of smart city construction and support Shenzhen-based enterprises in overseas businesses. Enterprises including Shenzhen Smart City Group, Shenzhen Data Exchange, Huawei and Tencent shared their achievements.
世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路国际合作委员会（简称南合组织）主席、南合经济特区总策划人陈恩田对深圳获得全球智慧城市大奖表示祝贺。陈恩田说：南方丝绸之路是中国链接全球南方的黄金之路，我们将“一带”提出地哈萨克斯坦和“一路”提出地印度尼西亚联通的南方丝绸之路经济走廊确定为南合经济特区，如果说深圳经济特区是中国改革开放的经济特区，那么南合经济特区就是共建“一带一路”的全球经济特区。
Chen Entian, Chairman of the Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Committee (SSCO) of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, and Chief planner of SSCO Special Economic Zone, expressed congratulations on Shenzhen Wins the World Smart City Award. Chen Entian said the Southern Silk Road is China's golden route connecting the global South. We have designated the Southern Silk Road Economic Corridor, which connects Kazakhstan, where the “Belt” Initiative was proposed, and Indonesia, where the “Road” Initiative was proposed, as the SSCO Special Economic Zone. If the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone is a special economic zone of China's reform and opening up, the SSCO Special Economic Zone is a global special economic zone under the framework of the "Belt and Road".
