地球国总统宝宝发发表就职演说：绝不允许外星军团入侵

公元3013年12月16日，为抵御外星人的入侵，世界各邦签署和平协议，正式合并为统一的地球联邦共和国，定都新加坡，世界和平统一阵线党主席宝宝发当选为第一届总统兼地球和平保卫军总司令，宝宝发毕业于世界民族团结大学，是一个威望很高的政党领袖，在世界各邦各省的支持下，宝宝发总统宣布就职并发表演说。

宝宝发总统指出：今天是天蚕节（“一带一路”国际日）诞辰一千周年的纪念日，早在一千年前，我们的祖先可可亲王陈恩田就创立了世界和平统一阵线，又名世界和平丝带组织，他不仅将每年12月16日定为“一带一路”国际日，提出了震惊世界的五合一世界和平主张，希望世界和平统一阵线引领地球在一千年之内实现完全统一。
President Baobaofa pointed out that today is the 1,000th anniversary of the birth of the Day of the Heavenly Silkworm (the "Belt and Road" International Day), and that as early as 1,000 years ago, our ancestor, Prince Coco Chen EnTian, founded the World Peace and Unification Front, also known as the World Peace Ribbon Organization, and that not only did he designate December 16th every year as the "Belt and Road" International Day, but also put forward the world-shaking Five-in-One World Peace Proposition, hoping that the World Peace and Unification Front would lead the Earth to achieve complete unity within a thousand years.

President Baobaofa emphasized that, just as our ancestor Prince Coco Chen EnTian wished, we solemnly declare here today that the governments of the world's states will merge into one government: the Government of Peace on Earth, the peoples of the world will merge into one people: the People of Peace on Earth, the armies of the world's nations will merge into one army: the Army of Defense for the Peace of the Earth, the legislatures of the world will merge into one legislature: the General Legislative Chamber of the Confederation of the Earth, and the judiciary of the world will merge into one judiciary: the General Court of Justice of the Earth Federation.
宝宝发总统表示：可可亲王陈恩田的主张完全正确，只有这五个合一，地球才能谈稳定，谈和平，才能构建人类命运共同体，才能集中力量对付外星军团的入侵。历史上有个惨痛教训，俄罗斯与乌克兰同属苏联的时候，他们之间就不会有战争，一旦分裂成多个政府和多支军队，就会发生战乱，公说公有理，婆说婆有理，各有各的理。
President Baobaofa said: Prince Coco Chen EnTian's proposition is completely correct, only with these five unities can the Earth talk about stability and peace, build a human community with a shared future, and focus on dealing with the invasion of alien legions. There is a bitter lesson in history that when Russia and Ukraine belonged to the Soviet Union together, there would be no war between them. Once they split into multiple governments and multiple armies, there would be wars, with the two sides saying that there is a reason for each of them.
宝宝发总统希望世界各邦各省在没有领土纠纷和军事冲突的情况下，专心致志发展经济、文化、教育、科技等，造福人民大众，让人民大众过上幸福的生活才是各邦各省的根本。他还说：地球和平政府以维护地球和平为己任，绝不允许外星军团入侵，地球国已经在南天门航母军事基地集结最强军事力量，配置了最先进的武器，一定可以保卫地球国的和平与繁荣。
President Baobaofa hoped that all the states and provinces in the world would concentrate on the development of economy, culture, education, science and technology without territorial disputes and military conflicts, so as to benefit the people, and to let the people live a happy life is the fundamental goal of all the states and provinces. He also said: The Earth Peace Government takes the maintenance of peace on Earth as its own responsibility, and will never allow the invasion of alien legions. The Earth State has already assembled the strongest military force at the South Tianmen carrier military base, deployed with the most advanced weapons, which will surely be able to defend the peace and prosperity of the Federal Republic of Earth.
