新加坡当地时间9月30日下午，在中国发明协会独角兽企业创新分会副会长、地球宪章国际中国中心秘书长徐文清女士主持下，南合组织主席、南合银行筹委会主任陈恩田视频会见了全球独角兽企业500强工程总架构师、中国发明协会独角兽企业创新分会会长解树江教授，双方围绕“一带一路”倡议下的合作机遇、全球独角兽企业创新发展及科技文化融合等议题进行了深入交流。

Singapore, September 30 — Under the facilitation of Ms. Xu Wenqing, Vice President of the Unicorn Enterprise Innovation Branch of China Invention Association and Secretary-General of Earth Charter International China Center, Mr. Chen Entian, Chairman of the World Peace Ribbon Organization Southern Silk Road and Global South Cooperation Committee (SSCO) and Director of the Preparatory Committee for SSCO Bank, held a video meeting with Professor Xie Shujiang, Chief Architect of the Global Unicorn Enterprise Top 500 Project and President of the Unicorn Enterprise Innovation Branch of China Invention Association. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on cooperation opportunities under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), innovative development of global unicorn enterprises, and integration of technology and culture.

会议中，解树江会长首先介绍了全球独角兽企业500强工程及其数据库的建设情况，强调该工程旨在推动全球高成长性企业的创新与发展。他详细阐述了“一带一路”国际合作倡议为中国企业“出海”带来的广阔前景，指出在政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通和民心相通的框架下，独角兽企业可借助这一平台拓展国际市场，实现技术、资本与资源的优化配置。

During the meeting, Professor Xie Shujiang elaborated on the development and database construction of the Global Unicorn Enterprise Top 500 Project, emphasizing its mission to drive innovation and growth among high-potential enterprises worldwide. He highlighted the broad prospects offered by the Belt and Road Initiative for Chinese enterprises expanding globally, noting that unicorn companies can leverage this platform to access international markets and optimize the allocation of technology, capital, and resources within the framework of policy coordination, facility connectivity, unimpeded trade, financial integration, and people-to-people bonds.

陈恩田主席则从文化与科技双重视角分享了相关成果。在文化层面，他介绍了第十二届“一带一路”国际日暨全球唐人街“一带一路”迎新年的文创产业规划，强调该活动旨在通过文化纽带促进“一带一路”沿线国家的交流与合作。在科技层面，陈恩田重点介绍了军赋科技研究院北方研究所研发的“军赋航空安全伞”（安全气囊）等创新产品，表示这些技术不仅体现了科技赋能安全的理念，也为全球独角兽企业在高端制造领域的合作提供了新思路。

From cultural and technological perspectives, Mr. Chen Entian shared relevant achievements. On the cultural front, he introduced the planning for the 12th Belt and Road International Day and the Global Chinatown "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration, underscoring the event’s role in promoting exchanges and cooperation among BRI-participating countries through cultural ties. On the technological front, he highlighted innovative products such as the "Junfu Aviation Safety Parachute (Airbag)" developed by the Northern Research Institute of the Junfu Institute of Technology, noting that these technologies not only embody the concept of safety empowered by technology but also offer new avenues for collaboration among global unicorn enterprises in high-end manufacturing.

Mr. Chen Entian and Professor Xie Shujiang expressed strong expectations for future collaboration, aiming to strengthen strategic synergy under the BRI framework and jointly support the advancement of the Global Unicorn Enterprise Top 500 Project.
