12月3日，距离第十一届“一带一路”国际日（2024年12月16日）还有12天，军赋书画院消息：中央国家机关老干部喜迎第十一届“一带一路”国际日对话会在北京举行，北京军赋书画院院长、某部国际战略研究所所长陈恩田出席。

陈恩田表示：感谢中央国家机关老干部对“一带一路”国际合作倡议的响应和支持，由于“一带一路”国际合作倡议的特殊性质，许多老干部对“一带一路”国际合作倡议还不够理解，甚至存在误会。“一带一路”国际合作倡议是古丝绸之路的传承和延续，也是造福中国乃至全球南方的重大举措。
Chen Entian said: Thank retired leading cadres for their support for the"Belt and Road" Initiative for International Cooperation. Due to the special nature of the "Belt and Road" Initiative for International Cooperation, many veteran cadres do not fully understand the "Belt and Road"Initiative for International Cooperation, and even have misunderstandings. The "Belt and Road" Initiative for International Cooperation is a continuation of the ancient Silk Road and a major move for the benefit of China and the Global South.
陈恩田强调：尽管本人目前长期在海外工作，为国际民间响应“一带一路”国际合作倡议做联络工作，但无时无刻不在想念中央国家机关老干部同志们，老干部同志们为中国改革开放及中国现代化建设做出了重大贡献，现在功成身退，完成接力赛跑的交棒工作，我们年轻一代不会忘记中央国家机关老干部同志们的功绩。
Chen Entian emphasized: Although I have been working overseas for a long time and doing liaison work for the international community in response to the "Belt and Road" Initiative for International Cooperation, I miss the cadres and comrades all the time. Cadres have made significant contributions to China's reform and opening up and China's modernization. Now they have finished their relay race. Our younger generation will not forget their achievements.
陈恩田还说：再过十三天就迎来第十一届“一带一路”国际日，世界各国近期将举办800多场庆祝活动，我也会出国参加活动，向世界各国表达祝贺。在离开北京之前，我要衷心祝愿中央国家机关老干部同志们节日快乐、身体健康、生活幸福美满。
Chen Entian also said: In 13 days, it will be the 11th "Belt and Road" International Day. More than 800 celebrations will be held in countries around the world in the near future. I will also go abroad to participate in activities and express my congratulations to all countries around the world. Before leaving Beijing, I would like to sincerely wish the cadres a happy holiday, good health, and a happy life.
