仰光国立文化艺术大学是缅甸国家针对文化艺术领域设立的最高学府，陪同访问的还有缅甸文艺会主席、南方丝绸之路文化艺术中心执行主任Aye Thinzar Thu(埃蒂莎杜)、缅甸文艺会秘书长吴丹通梭，以及缅甸“一带一路”发展有限公司、印太烟草有限公司等有关人士，主宾双方就缅甸民族宗教与文化艺术发展、南方丝绸之路文化艺术等话题进行了会谈，陈恩田介绍了世界和平丝带组织（世界和平统一阵线）在欧洲和北美洲的情况，以及国际中文日（4月20日）、国际茶日（5月21日）、“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）等国际民间节日的发展历程。

Accompanied by Chairperson of Myanmar Arts and Culture Association and Executive Director of Southern Silk Road Culture and Arts Center Aye Thinzar Thu, Secretary General of Myanmar Arts and Culture Association U Than Thong Soe, As well as relevant persons from Myanmar's "Belt and Road" Development Co., LTD., Indo-Pacific Tobacco Co., LTD., the two sides held talks on topics such as Myanmar's ethnic religion, culture and art development, and the Southern Silk Road culture and art. Chen Entian gave an overview of the World Peace Ribbon Organization (United Front for World Peace) in Europe and North America. And the development history of international folk festivals such as the International Chinese Language Day (April 20), International Tea Day (May 21), and the "Belt and Road" International Day (December 16).

缅甸地处“一带”倡议诞生地哈萨克斯坦和“一路”倡议诞生地印度尼西亚中间，也是中缅印度洋新通道关隘要塞，属于“一带一路”沿线重要伙伴国家，南方丝绸之路中心国家。南方丝绸之路包含19个国家，是一条从天府之国四川等地出发，经云南等地抵达缅甸，从缅甸分为两条，一条前往南亚，直到巴基斯坦等国，另一条前往东南亚，直到印度尼西亚等国。
Myanmar is located between Kazakhstan, the birthplace of the "Belt" Initiative, and Indonesia, the birthplace of the "Road" Initiative, and is also the gateway fortress of the new passage of the Indian Ocean between China and Myanmar. Myanmar is an important partner country along the "Belt and Road" and a central country of the Southern Silk Road. The Southern Silk Road, which includes 19 countries, is one that starts from Sichuan and other places and reaches Myanmar through Yunnan and other places. From Myanmar, it is divided into two ways: one goes to South Asia until Pakistan and other countries, and the other goes to Southeast Asia until Indonesia and other countries.
